Orchard Hill Inn

We stayed here the summer before last, when we had the bright idea to do a winery tour when it was about 120 degrees every day. I found the Orchard Hill online. It was cheap, I wasn’t expecting much — but it was so charming! The interior was bright and white with lots of nice touches. The only minor glitch we had is that our keypad to get into the room stopped working; there isn’t a full-​time staff person at the motel so thankfully the woman was still there and could change the batteries. It’s a little out of downtown Nashville so it was quiet. We were the only guests, along with a small «gang» of female bikers, which was kind of cool. It was a really relaxing stay, so much so that we’re planning to stay there for a few nights after our wedding as kind of a pre-​honeymoon before our winter cruise.
