Precision Air

Excellent service! Our A/​C went out and had to have a special order part. Precision went above and beyond to get us taken care of super fast when no other («24/​7») company would even return a call over a holiday weekend.
These guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional we truly could not have asked to be in better hands. I’m shocked that there are actually companies that operate with this level of professionalism and knowledge. Everyone from office staff, dispatch and the service tech are the nicest people and actually compassionate. We will never call anyone else !!

Precision Air is a dependable company that cares about their customer. We were working with another Heating and Air Company that never returned calls and kept pushing back the install date for our new compressor– although they had the part at their store. After over a week extremely high temperatures outside and inside our house we saw a recommendation for Precision Air on a negative review of the other a/​c company. The reviewer stated they also experienced terrible service from the other company and had wonderful things to say about Precision Air. I couldn’t agree more. Precision Air installed a new compressor the day after we called, has great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and great follow-​up! Thank you Mike, Mark, and Rick for the Great Service!!!

Precision air was great to work with our schedule when our a/​c went out. They called to follow up and left a detailed note … Since we were not able to be home. They exceeded our expectations! A/​C has been cooling every day since the repair.

My experience was not quite so stellar with these guys. We have a rental unit, and when the A/​C went out last year my management company said these were the guys they used. A technician came out, re-​charged the system and told the mgt company they knew what the problem was and would call me. They never did. Three weeks later, the unit had leaked down again and this company was called out again. They re-​filled the unit again ($ 240 per filling) then finally called me to say we needed a new unit (to the tune of $ 5000). The technician apologized for not calling after the first fill-​up, as he’d promised to do, and told me he’d take care of the 2^nd fill-​up.
A few weeks later, I find out that they charged me for BOTH fill-​ups. It was a major fight to get them to refund the over-​billing amount and I’ve instructed my management company to never call them again.
Incidentally, I replaced the unit myself for $ 2500. Don’t call these guys unless you like getting ripped off.

After having to ditch our previous HVAC company, we used Precision Air to re-​do our entire HVAC system when our furnace broke in November. We knew that a breakdown like this was coming with a 14 year old furnace and a 30 year old AC.
The rep. who came out to price the new system had lots of helpful suggestions. We ended up getting a Trane dual fuel heat pump system with a 3 years same as cash deal from the manufacturer.
The Precision Air guys came over the span of two days and did excellent work. They moved the placement of the compressor unit so that it isn’t an eye-​sore next to the deck, and in the basement, they moved the unit to a corner and out of the center of room. Now we have a nice fancy thermostat that we can program and even control it from the internet!
Precision Air was reliable and they did excellent work for us.
