What I sent to Restore Day Spa after my Groupon fiasco… Hello my name is Katie, I was your 12 o’clock this afternoon that you had the audacity to cancel on a mere 19 minutes before my appointment. Not only was I already en route to your«spa» when you left a message, but upon arriving your store was completely abandoned and your answering machine was full. Which is why I have resorted to a Facebook message… This is the third time I attempted to make an appointment, the first two attempts being chided for calling ONLY a week or two in advance. I am more than disappointed — and after an entire summer of attempting to willingly give you my business I have given up. Though your message did say that you had an «emergency» and I respect that, I cannot believe you expect me to make MY appointment around YOUR schedule. Again, I understand that you had an emergency and that you assured me in your voicemail that my Groupon would never expire, but you seem to have forgotten that after my initial disappointment with scheduling you had already offered me the same consolation. I will promptly be returning my Groupon and honestly posting about my experience on Unilocal.I sincerely hope your other customers haven’t had as poor of an experience I have.

This was a Groupon flop. Poor location, hand written door sign, the place was locked up and empty at appt time. A person had called 30 mins prior to inform my manicurist had to leave early. I had not received the message. Staff was not pleasant when I called at the locked location. Lesson learned! Save your dollars for one of many amazing other Nashville venues.
