4.5 If you’re a T-Mobile customer and you have to go to a store(buy a product, pay a bill, shop for a friend, check out the inventory), get in your car and drive to Nolensville Pike. I don’t even know the official part of the city/metro the store is in. All I know is that I had several stores much closer to my home in East Nashville and I, happily, made the long drive to this store. And, I’d do it again. You should as well. Are you following all this? For some unfortunate reason, trips to the cell phone store can often be extremely frustrating experiences. They don’t have to be. Rod(the manager) and his crew will make sure that it’s not. I dealt entirely with Rod and found him to be nice, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very accommodating when it came to making sure I got the item that best suited my needs. Y’see, I’d had my previous phone for far too long. It wasn’t a flip phone but it was a few years old(which, in this landscape, is too long*). It has seen better days. The side of the phone was held together by tape. The screen was cracked. I had to manipulate the on/off button with external instruments in order to get it to work. I had a TV producer tell me to never take it out in public. It was in sad shape. I’d planned on getting a new phone but between the research, the haggling, finding a store, etc., I never quite had the time. Well, a pretty big opportunity was coming up and I couldn’t walk through the door with my jacked up phone. So, I went online, I asked friends, I researched… and I found the phone I wanted. But, I couldn’t find a store. All of the stores I researched had complaint after complaint of surly service, unhelpful employees and rampant frustration. I knew the deal. Part of the reason I didn’t buy a new phone in Miami was because of those same issues. When I came across the review of this Nolensville Pike store, I didn’t know if I could believe the hype. Believe it. For as long as I live in Nashville and Rod is heading up this location, this will be my T-Mobile store. Heck, if/when I move to Franklin… if Rod’s still there, this will be my store. T-Mobile customers of Nashville, come here. Ask for Rod. You’re welcome. *Disgustingly first world. Agreed.

I love TMobile and this location. The staff was very helpful when I was looking to change phones and add a line. He went through a lot of options with me and answered my multitude of questions. I appreciated the extra attention.
