Stopped by to upgrade from blackberry to iPhone. Quick, friendly, and efficient. The phone charger I bought is very flimsy. Going to go see if the will exchange… And if they hold onto 5 stars on second trip.
Update…they were great! Let me exchange for a sturdier charger. Thanks guys!

Totally fed up with AT&T, I went to my local independent Sprint-​affiliated phone store and walked out a much, much happier person. The sales lady spent lots of time making sure that I had just the right phone and plan to fit my needs. She even steered me away from a few phones I liked even though they were more expensive because she said their technology was not too reliable.
