Great experience! Angie walks you through what she is going to do before your session starts, and she talks you through what she’s doing during the appointment. So polite and really made this experience as painless as possible. Would absolutely recommend!

A cozy, private space, The Groom Room is a fabulous find for a salon-​ophobe like me. Angie is knowledgeable, personable, and gentle. I had the best eyebrow and lip waxing ever with her.

Love this place! Angie is the best. Recently moved from Knoxville and followed the advice of Unilocal and came here for my waxing needs. Closest thing to a painless Brazilian if there ever was one!

I absolutely love the Groom Room. It’s a tiny room above café coco — I’m in and out in no time. Angie is amazing and makes me feel so comfortable. I“ve been to many waxing places for bikinis and Brazilians and this Groom Room is the best. Been going for a year and will continue to.

I love the Groom Room and will continue to go back. I have been 3 times for a variety of facials and am already planning my next visit. Angie is great, knowledgeable, and really works with you on what you need. The room is small, but intimate and comfortable. If you’re looking for the full spa treatment (robes, sauna, etc) and all the expenses that go with it, this is not for you. But if you want great services at wonderful prices, then check it out. At this rate they will be around for a long time.

I had an amazing experience this afternoon at The Groom Room! Shannon gave me a wonderful relaxing facial with great professionalism and knowledge. The décor is cozy and warm — I felt completely comfortable and in great hands. And, my facial was fabulous!!!

I have been to almost every spa in Nashville and I have to say that the Groom Room consistently gives me the best services! Their facials and mircroderms are not beat anywhere. Both ladies who work here are great at what they do!

I am a flight attendant… and have been to Brazil for my brazillian wax. And Angie is bar none the best! She is quick, almost pain-​free, and super nice. She has been waxing for years and you can tell by her efficiency. If it is your first brazillian or your 50^th, I would recommend Groom Room to everybody!

I love Shannon at the Groom Room. Her sweet little shop upstairs of Café Coco is the perfect hideaway for an amazing facial/​wax/​whatever. She has always done an incredible job and provides top notch service.

Had an amazing time! Booked an appointment w Angie thru LivingSocial for a $ 35 brazilian. It was a little weird booking bc I didn’t realize it isn’t like a huge spa– when you call, you speak directly w the person working, so if they’re working, they won’t answer. Make sure to leave a voicemail or email and she will quickly respond.
The room had candles lit and soft music playing which I’ve never had while being waxed. Angie was amazing and really easy to talk to. She did a beautiful job and had me very relaxed the whole time. I literally almost fell asleep, which is hard to do amidst a Brazilian. I will be back!!!

The Groom Room is just that… a cozy little room tucked away on the 2^nd floor of Café Coco (literally enter through the café and head up the stairs right before the restroom area) that offers up waxing, skincare, and makeup application.
I took advantage of a special promotional offer for a Diamond Dermafile facial ($ 65) that utilizes a skin polishing and resurfacing tool made of stainless steel and finely crushed genuine diamonds. Snazzy right? My skin felt softer and smoother immediately after. Angie was friendly and clearly explained to me what she was doing throughout this process yet still allowed me to just relax too!
I booked a custom facial for a friend too as a holiday present too. This place is a great spot to treat a friend to some TLC for birthday, holidays, or for a congratulations you just broke up with you loser boyfriend treat.
Next, I schedule an eyebrow wax ($ 20) and was happy with the results as well. Prices are affordable and be on the lookout for special offers and deals on the website, social media, and they are offering a $ 39 for a $ 70 gift certificate Unilocal Deal now as well.
My only real gripe at this point is if you want to book appointments with a friend, you have to book them right after each other since there is only one room and service provider. Spa Day for the girls isn’t in the cards here but a private relaxing beauty treatment is!
Tip: Parking is a snap in the Café CoCo parking lot or meters located on Louise.

Best place for a facial or waxing. Angie is also amazing at applying makeup!

Wow, wow, wow! While at Hot Yoga last week, I overheard some ladies talking about a facial they had at The Groom Room. Being the facial junkie that I am, I decided to treat myself. Upon walking into this gem, I met Nicole; my best friend for the next hour:) I had the most amazing facial from her! Her skills put me in deep relaxation mode, & my face has been glowing now for a week! I couldn’t resist but to set up my next facial in four weeks.

At the recommendation of a friend, I went to the Groom Room to get my eye brows waxed. This doll sized salon, tucked away at the top of the stairs in Café Coco was so charming.
Unlike many cold and sometimes elitist salons, Angie was down to earth and welcoming. She made me feel relaxed. The procedure was quick and painless.
I have long avoided waxing because I just didn’t feel comfortable in my past experiences, my visit changed my opinion. I will be back to the Groom Room and probably explore other skin treatments they offer!
