You know that SNLNPR skit? Everyone in here sounds kind of like that. I walked in with my art and they were all very interested in it and choosing the frame and matting was a group effort. I have to say, this is not the place to go on a budget. Even *with* the LivingSocial deal I paid about $ 100 for my small piece of art to be framed(it would have been almost $ 160 without the deal). I went with a friend who had a similar piece(we bought them together) framed at another place and it was under $ 90 and the quality/materials of the frame chosen don’t seem that much different. My finished project, I’ll say, is lovely and will fit nicely in the space I’d been saving for it, but I don’t think the materials or the labor demand what the full price would have been. Overall, I think this is a great place with interesting people who do good work for a steep price.

Very good, not cheap, but not exorbitant. Very nice staff, no «you must be a frame moron» arrogance either. Some lovely artwork displayed by one of the staff.

I had no problems with this frame until today. I have sent many friends and clients to this shop to have framing done with no issues whatsoever until today. They treated my wife very poorly and without respect. I was shocked and horrified to hear this and I am sorry to say I will no longer ever, recommend this place!

You need to go here because of 2 reasons. They are good at what they do and they love what they do! I worked with Elyssa at the store, and it is very apparent that she is very passionate about what she does. The customer service that I got was phenomenal. She listened to everything I had to say, and tailored a solution that was exactly what I wanted. She totally worked within my budget, and delivered everything when she said she would.

I was also introduced to this establishment by . The store was quite cute and more personal than going into a Michaels or an AC Moore for your framing needs(Disclaimer: I love Craft stores) and I have been told the quality of smaller stores is greater than that of cookie cutter stores. I had some prints I wanted framed for my new apt and I had never had anything custom framed before. The woman at the establishment(I remembered her name 10 minutes ago but now its gone!) was super friendly and informative. She guided me through the process and also helped me gauge what would fit in my price points. It took about an hour to pick our mattes and frames for 4 prints but I felt the service was stellar. She also showed me how they can art scan my paintings, even if they are on canvas, and put them on archival paper– Perfect for framing for gifts! I just picked up my framed prints and they look gorgeous! I will definitely head back to Baldwin Hill with my art printing and framing needs. As far as cost, custom framing anywhere is not cheap. I am going to rate on how I think their cost is based on other framing establishments.

I was introduced to Baldwin Hill Art & Framing through . The store was offering a pretty sweet, limited time discount coupon that was too good to pass up. I collect original comic book art and for display and preservation purposes, nothing beats a custom frame. Natick is a bit out of the way for me, but the results were worth it. The proprietors were professional and offered sound recommendations on framing the particular pieces I had in mind. Baldwin Hill Art & Framing offers two services that no other framer I’ve been to has offered. One… through the magic of Photoshop, they can give you a preview of what your finished piece will look like once you’ve selected the mats and the frame. Two… they offer full scanning and imaging services. Do you have a hi-rez print that you want framed? Skip a trip to the printers or the photo developer. Baldwin can do it for you in addition to framing it. Turnaround time for two custom frames was about two weeks and I’m pretty pleased with the results. I’ll be coming back here to frame more art in the future. Pay them a visit sometime.
