Nice place to shop, especially for those who need the longer length in the shirts, like I do. The quality of the clothing is top notch and washes and wears well.
Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Devin C. Has assisted me on several visits and he not only listens but he’ll go and find other things I might be interested in. No high pressure sales tactics here.
I do wish the rewards program was a little more flexible and you definitely need to expect to pay top dollar.

Great shop! Well organized, large selection, and good quality. The prices are a little high. The only thing I wish they had which they didn’t were scarfs for big and tall guys. Their scarfs were average size with one being slightly longer. For guys over 6ft and bigger men these just look silly. Please add this to your selection for next winter!

DXL in Natick is a great place to find clothes for us Manly Men! The sales staff are all very helpful and if your the «shop on my own» type like myself, they leave you alone and let you browse each shop without nagging. The sales team are always friendly and remember you as a customer after your first visit. Great place AAA+

Went in the other night i needed some Shirts for a new Job im a bigger guy so i decided to try out this store. Quickly Greeted and offered a bottle of water which was a nice touch. I was told the sales and clearence area and was quickly sized up and then sent on my way to explore. I dont like to be followed and hounded for sales so i enjoyed that they helped at first then let me go checking in on me every few minutes. I found 3 shirts i wanted to get me by and the staff was great i even found out that they had been closed for a half hour and just let me keep going with a smile on there face i felt horrible but they assured me it was ok. This review would have gotten 5 stars except for the prices i spent 133 bucks on 3 shirts off the clearance rack!!! Prices will make it hard to return but the service and store operations are 5 star all the way
