Zoup!

I like the idea of what they’re doing, but they need a bit better execution with some of their soups – the crab one was quite salty, which wasn’t too appealing. The lobster bisque tasted ok but not earthshattering. The chicken pot pie soup, though, is nice; I’d recommend it. I think they’ll improve.

This new soup and sandwich place is conveniently located in the Sherwood Plaza on Rt 9 in Natick. Its great! I’ve tried most of their soups and their true to the description and perfectly flavored. The customer service is good and they let you sample the soups before you buy. The sandwichs are ok, but I like that there is another option besides Panera. I’ll be back!

I work in the area so I am here for lunch every week and have been at least a few dozen times already. I always eat at least one soup and a salad and sometimes have two soups as part of a combo meal.
Every day you can go on the website and see what soups they carry for the day and the nutrition info on the soups, salads and sandwiches. Just be aware the nutrition info is just per 8oz serving for soup so if you get a 16oz bowl use the simple x2 method
There are always good low fat soups available everyday. Even basic soups like chicken noodle are very good and hearty, not just full of broth. Sample your soup before you buy it is a great idea. Does not cost must to the business, and allows customers to have variety for frequent visits
I would suggest having whole wheat or lettuce wraps as part of the overall low calorie and low fat theme here
I usually eat for $ 9 including tax and feel very pleased. The service is always great, and there are enough tables for everyone to sit during lunch hours

Got the gazpacho soup and the chicken and kale– quick, affordable, and delicious! Bread is served hot and they let you try all the soups!

Zoup… It is a new soup, sandwich and salad place off RTE 9. Think Soup Nazi (sorry I meant Zoup Nazi), but just the polar opposite. It is a clean, bright place, and the staff was friendly.
You can even sample whatever Zoup you want. There are 12 different varieties anywhere from a Burger Cheeseburger Zoup (their name, no kidding) to vegan and gluten free options. Every Zoup has nutrition labels as did the Greenz and Sandwichz
If you like soup, you will like one of the Zoups. They have spicy, mild and run the gamut. I had the turkey chili, and my co worker had the chicken pot pie. Both were excellent.
They tasted fresh and healthy kind of an oxymoron with lunch places these days. Zoup does not offer french fries. It is good formula
However, I found myself hungry after my $ 7.95 16 Oz turkey chili Zoup. Should I be? I could have sprung for a 32 Oz Zoup at $ 11.95 or one of their saladz for the reliable Zoup and Saladz combo… Maybe next time
Either way, I like this place. There is a Zoup for you (get it?)

So pleased to have another healthy food option on route 9! Staff is superbly wonderful and friendly. Offering samples the moment you walk through the door. Prices are good too! I usually get the combo of a sandwich and a cup of soup. I will warn some of the soups can be very salty, so grab a sample before you commit to a soup.

Very plain a tad boring food that is decent.
The Asian Salad and the dressing smelled and tasted like sesame oil… It just tasted boring and almost as it was an afterthought on the menu.
The corn and crab bisque is okay… The corn overpowered the crab… Thick but not creamy texture which was a bit strange.
The service was quick and the people behind the counter were very nice and pleasant. If the food was as good as the people were nice I would have given it an additional two stars.

Oh my gosh, Zoup! is so good! I work in Natick and usually order lunch from Panera, but heard about Zoup! from a coworker and had to try it. I ordered the Try Two combo with Lobster Bisque and a Chicken Toscana sandwich. Both were so delicious I had to write this review before I finished my lunch! The service was amazing and I will definitely be coming here for lunch instead of Panera.

Came here after a coworker recommended it. Went here and ordered a couple soups to go as my fiancé was sick and wanted to bring her a treat.
The staff was very friendly and was impressed by the variety of soups they had here. I ended up with the lobster bisque and the bison chili. The bisque was absolutely amazing! The chili was wonderful too, but wasn’t the best I have ever had. It is great to have something different in the area rather than some burger/​pizza place. Definitely will come here again!

Can’t believe I waited so long to try this place out. First off it’s to the right of the Christmas Tree shops (the gps on my phone said it was over near the plaza further down). They have about a dozen soups that they change up every day except for the two permanent soups chicken pot pie and lobster bisque. The best thing about this place is that they let you sample the soups before you buy them. The sandwich was tasty too. For about $ 9 I thought it was a pretty good deal, and really, who doesn’t like soup?

Love the vegetarian soup options! It is hard to find vegetarian soups. potato cheddar, split pea, roasted corn chowder, etc. The options change every day. You can sample before you buy.
Staff is very friendly and greet you when you enter. The wraps are filling. try their combo deal. They play good uptempo and mello music. Atmosphere is slightly bland.

Not sure about all the rave reviews. Service was very friendly, and it’s great that they give samples and have am such a wide selection, but among our four orders the soups were universally mediocre. They taste like they’re bulk prepared and dehydrated on a central kitchen, then rehydrated in the store (which I think is actually their business model).
I would be willing to come here again, if someone I was with really wanted to go, but I can’t imagine ever asking to come back.

I really like the food here, but I feel like the ordering sample line creates such chaos that even when it isn’t crowded. It’s nice they give samples but then you have to get out and go to another line it’s just weird! Most of the time I forget how the lines work and someone ends up yelling at me and usually six other people. If they fixed the confusion I’d be more likely to rate a five!

The customer service was great the woman at the counter was really kind and helpful she offered me samples and said I can have as many samples as I’d like. There were many fountain drinks to choose from but I got a water they have sandwiches and salads as well. Also the place is very clean no bad smell I definitely had a nice experience there and the soup that I got was very good I’ll post a picture. It’s definitely not like Panera bread due to the fact that they have 100 different flavors

I went here before going to the Natick Mall. They told us that we could try the soup but we decided against it because there were mostly cream soups. We decided to get sandwiches. Both sandwiches were great and cheap. I would come here again

The food and service was absolutely incredible here. The second we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff, all who said, «Welcome to Zoup!»
We tried a bunch of soups, and they were all so good. The lobster bisque was absolutely outstanding — who would’ve known that a soup and sandwich place in Natick, MA would have one of the best lobster bisques I’ve ever had. I got the try two combo, and got the pesto sandwich with it. Again, so delicious and really fresh tasting. The meal came with a piece of bread (I got French), and it was so warm and soft.
Highly would recommend this place. Warm and comforting atmosphere, great staff, delicious food, inexpensive price.

First of all the food is basically amazing. They are so friendly and clean here. I am in love. Soup is one of my favorite food groups, the changing menu means you’ll never get bored, plus you can sample them all for free. It’s also quite a relaxing place to be.

I ordered catering from Zoup! today for a work meeting. I was able to get the soups that would be available today late last week so that I could get the orders in on time — the selection of soups was really good.
I worked with Mark and he was great! He helped me place my order and also delivered it.
I only had 10 orders so they were able to label each pick2 box with names which worked out great.
Everyone is raving about how good the food was.
I have given their info to all of the other girls in my office that order catering because they are so good.
