I have been to this location a few times with my girlfriend after she had some frames adjusted and she didn’t even buy them here. They adjusted them with no questions asked and even cleaned my glasses for me. Because of this I went to purchase my next pair from Thomas Sheils at the Natick Location. As with the other staff members, Thomas was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy about making a sale, and informed me of the different pricing options. The staff is so friendly and professional, i would strongly recommend this location to anyone searching for their nnext pair of glasses. I also had purchased a Groupon and Thomas got me a better deal using my triple A card and still let me deduct the cost of the Groupon! Great job and I will tell everyone!

I have been going here several times for their mistake. I came here for my 1:40 appt and said I was supposed to be here for 11:40am. I was told it was 1:40 and said sorry I have to reschedule. Wow, terrible service! Wasn’t impressed with Dr Sonali Patel-she looked at me as if it was my fault. No, not my fault! Not worth to stop by!

I would be giving Four Eyes in Natick no stars if I could — I scheduled an appointment over a month ago, and just got a call less than 24 hours prior to that appointment to cancel it. Apparently the provider«had not yet been certified» by my insurance — I’m not sure why that was not flagged much sooner or why there was so little notice given. I had arranged to take the day off work and even used a vacation day in order to get this appointment in and juggled some scheduling logistics — oh well! In addition, I left a message requesting a call back from the optician office — which was ignored — and the store manager is conveniently on vacation for the rest of the week. There is no one available to resolve any issues before this weekend, and no one who can answer any questions or who is willing to speak with me. Luckily, I was able to find another provider who CAN fit me in tomorrow.

My annual eye exam went smoothly. I got a reminder post card in the mail to call and scheduled an appt. Making the appointment was easy and so was my time there. The staff are professional and all went well and I was in and out within 30 mins. I’ve been going there for a few years now and have been happy. I got a set of sample contacts to try and paid for my appt with my FSA card. Good to keep the eyes in check.

I can’t remember the name of the man who helped me(a redheaded younger guy), but he was great. I walked in eight minutes before closing and didn’t feel rushed. Instead of pushing me to speed things up, he helped me to find the best deal on the frames I wanted. He worked quickly but thoroughly, and the price was comparable to what I’ve paid in the past at Pearle Vision(and less expensive than at independent optical shops and mall chains like Lenscrafters). Although a standing AAA discount would be nice, For Eyes seems to offer enough coupons that there’s usually a deal applicable to most customers. The glasses were ready in half the time they promised(nice!). The only other thing I’d wish for would be slightly longer hours — though they’re open a couple of nights until 8, I’m one of those shoppers who loves a 9:30 closing time. Overall, a very nice customer service experience.
