Pacsun

I give them the second star only because they have nice clothing, otherwise this location really sucks with customer service. I had purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter from here, needed to return it. As they had done this to me few other times the girl at the register gave me a big attitude, checked all the inside to see if it was worn even though it had all the tags attached and explained that I need to return it to the same location as i originally had bought it. I thought all Pacsun’s were all the same?

I love pacsun but this particular one is not great. The main reason I shop at pacsun is for their brandy melville clothes since they are so hard to come by in Massachusetts. This store only has about two racks of brandy melville clothes and they do not accept coupons on it.
I was here on a Sunday afternoon and they had a very long line and only one employee ringing. I did not notice any other employees throughout the store. I had signed up for their mailing list online and they sent me a 15% off coupon. I found a shirt and waited in the long line to buy it and use my coupon on it. The young lady who worked there refused to use the coupon. She claimed it was 20% off of $ 50 when the coupon clearly said it’s 15% off of any purchase. She argued with me the she’s the manager and knows she’s right. It made me annoyed and I did not buy the shirt.
Besides the annoying coupon situation the store has very cute clothes. I just wish they had more brandy Melville clothes.
