Can’t comment on the actual whitening service but I’m giving them 1 star for awful customer service! I bought one of the buywithme coupons for an in office teeth whitening treatment. Called in November to set up and appointment and the guy who answered set me up for a noontime appointment… that was supposed to be today. I hadn’t received any type of confirmation call as of this morning and figured I’d call just to make sure they still have my appointment in their system. Their number was disconnected… not a good sign.
I then called the main 800 number on the website where I was informed that this location is closed until January. I was told I could drive an hour to the North Attleboro location if I wanted… hmm thanks, but no thanks.
How can they close the location and not call the people who have appointments scheduled?! I’m so glad I called before fighting through mall traffic to get to my nonexistent appointment.
At least buywithme is so good at refunding money for the not-​so-​great companies they occasionally offer deals for. What a disappointment!
