Went in today. Walked around for a bit, as we were just trying to get ideas. When we were browsing around the main desk of the place the little twit behind the desk said hello and asked if she could sign us in. I said we were just browsing and we didn’t really need help. Her reply(in the most you-customers-are-pieces-of-shit voice) «Well, if you looked you can see there are no prices listed on the tiles, so if you have someone help you it will save you from wasting your time.» Also, «there are also time limitations, so that’s a limitation too.» Time limitations for WHAT? Huh? Did I miss something here? Are we only allowed to be in the store and look around for a certain amount of time? If I understood that right, that’s a great business practice. Pfft. She signed us in, we walked away, and then left the store. I don’t care if you probably have the most extensive selection of tile in the Framingham area. I will not be returning. I don’t want to spend too much ‘time’ in your store.

Beautiful showroom, great selection but does not include the low end of the market. Great staff, great service, very busy on Saturdays. We will go back for our next project.

I’ve worked with the Tile Showcase for three big projects: a kitchen remodel, a large dining room built-in, and a master bath remodel. In every instance I was able to find the perfect tile for my project. My only issue is that they often seem rushed and sometimes overlook details like ordering the appropriate trim pieces. I suspect that they may be understaffed. I have another project planned for this spring and I will certainly use them again.
