Great customer service. They listened to our needs, were patient while I consulted with my wife via facetime and let us make our own package for a basement play room. They were great about making the whole pickup and deliver process easy and went well out of their way to help our family. I can’t imagine a better customer service experience.

Amazing customer service! We got a bean bag for our living room, and it deflated a bit after 6 months, so we took it in for a free refill as they promised… they exchanged the whole thing for a new one! The staff is super-​friendly, and their products are very comfortable. After getting our Yogibo, we completely stopped using our sofa.
