I wish negative reviews existed. We just waited 40minutes and when we finally checked up on our order it had not even been placed. I wish I could say they were at least rude but I have nothing to say because for 40minutes we didn’t even see our server. Cristina was completely unapologetic and oblivious to the fact that she even has a job. We just left and walked right over to in-n-out. Never bothering with this Denny’s ever again.

I know what you’re thinking, it’s just a Denny’s, but this location is special. Excellent quality & service. They are very accommodating every time we go. The serve fresh vegetables. The lunch and dinner items have generous portions. Breakfast food(pancakes, waffles) are okay, definitely not Swami’s quality, but good for a Denny’s. I’ve only been here during weekdays so I cannot attest to weekend crowd service. The entire restaurant is kept very clean.

I try giving this place a chance but I really do not know why they can not get new employees. All 6 times I’ve gone with friends and family this year we’ve had to wait WHENTHEREISOPENSEATS!!! we’ve had to call the waiter to refill drinks they don’t even come around to ask how you’re doing. food is cold and I try to get their attention but all they do is talk to one another like they’re on lunch break? I think this place should be shut down or get a handful of NEW employees they give Denny’s a bad name no wonder it’s always empty.

Terrible service here. They left us waiting for more than half an hr before they got our drinks. When the order came, it was all wrong. They didn’t even offer to refill our coffees or even bother to ask if everything was okay. AND it wasn’t even busy! But the worst thing was when two gentlemen came in, they sat them down right away, they kept going up to then every 5 min to check up them. Asking if they didn’t need anything, and they kept walking past out table like if we were invisible. I wonder why? Maybe because my husband and i were Mexican and the two men where white… as well as our server??! NEVER going back again. Terrible experience!

Went here just now with my boyfriend at 11:30pm, there were tons of available seats and a few guests paying for their meals, the Latina lady at the front(she claimed to be the manager) asked us to wait for a table, ok not a problem. It became a problem 10 minutes later when she was talking to another customer and she was taking forever. My boyfriend asked if we could just sit down since there were so many empty seats and she point blank old him in the rudest way, «can you wait?» He said«no, I’d like to eat.» He started walking away and she said«ok, good luck finding a table», she then rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. When I confronted her on this she denied saying anything and then demanded us to leave! Really? Worst service ever. I can understand if we were rude or pushy but we were nice, we waited patiently. I couldn’t believe how we were treated. When I asked for customer services number she said they didn’t have one. Please, I’ve been a manager for 7 years I knew that was a lie .Don’t come here!

This location at night is the worst. Just had dinner here and not only was our food extremely salty, the waiter was super rude as well as the hostess. My boyfriend and I stood at their podium for waiting to be seated/greeted for at least 5 – 10 minutes, then when a waiter decided to acknowledge us rather than asking us to follow him back to our table he proceeded to stop at another table to ask how things were going then just walked to an open table and throw our menus on top of it. So after observing this unfriendly behavior I assumed that this was his way of «showing» us to our table. But let’s not forget to mention that I apparently ordered salt with a side of «skillet». Thankfully, my boyfriend was so kind enough to switch me plates since my skillet that I ordered tasted like pure salt. It was just a horrible experience. If you ever visit this Denny’s at night and your waiter’s name is Romeo ask for another waiter. He’s horrible. Rant over, thanks!

Me and my family were there after a later playing video game a Dave and busters. we got are table the waitress had not took a drink order the when we order I had told her that I did not want onions on it. but 45 minutes after taking our order when they brought the food over there on my Burger. was onions. after we finish are food waited for here her to come back with the checks

I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews but every experience is different, I guess. My experience was good. After crossing the border, I looked for a decent place to eat something fast and came across with this Dennis location. The host of the restaurant was so nice. I got seated right away. The waiter was a cool gentleman. I made a joke about wanting to have the burger to look like the one in picture from the menu and he only laughed…15 minutes later he brought me the burger and he said«look, the chef said that this burger looks EVENBETTER than the picture» and ITWAS better than the picture daaaaaaam… that was pretty cool. The location was also cleaned. And Yes, parking is an issue here – Blame in-n-out lol. Overall experience, great!

Yesterday I came in and ordered to go part of order was missing, manager was great replacement for today! I drive 45 miles to work.. this morning I call at 944 so I can pick up on time and not be late to work, the girl at the counter/cashier put the phone down and 10 minutes later came back to take my order, she did not know it was a replacement order, but now I’m late for work! Said it would be 10 to 15 minutes for my order, now why would I call at 944 on the freeway driving knowing all this? Bad customer service!

Waited over 10 min to be attended after being seated. Walked up to the front and asked if I could just order to go and they said someone would be right with me. Then waited another 3 minutes for someone to finally come around. When I received my food I never got silverware. I asked for a box to go, packed my food and left. Maybe they were upset I ordered a complimentary build your own grand slam on my birthday??? Well if so then maybe they shouldn’t offer that. Overall worse Denny’s I’ve ever been to.

Almost 20 minutes to take our order. Tables that came after us were ordered and served first. My food was undercooked and the side dishes never arrived. My coffee was never refilled and the manager never showed up. This place is severely understaffed and badly managed. I am not coming back Hope you guys can improve someday after years of bad service Good luck

I had never experienced such horrible customer service from a Denny’s like I did tonight. One star is too much credit for this location, we will never be returning. My family and I visit Denny’s once a week, my daughter loves to order their new Rudolf Pancakes, being that it was her bday weekend she choice to eat that for dinner. We arrived at this location because it was on our way home, but we usually visit the location in Mission Valley. We arrived at this establishment about 7 pm, I went up to the man at the register with the name of Marco(which is the General Manager) and he just looked up at me and stared(I was never greeted or asked if I could be helped), I told him I wanted a booth for 3 people, he told me to wait and left. My daughter then told me she needed to use the restroom, and while I was heading over Marco showed up with the menus and told us he could sit us, which my husband went while I took my daughter to the restroom. In the restroom there was absolutely no toilet paper in either of the 2 stalls which holds 2 toilet rolls, there was a toiled paper with blood on the floor, and the trash was overflowing. I went to the front where Marco was and brought to his attention there was no toilet paper and he told me he would have someone take a look at it, I then told him I couldn’t wait that my daughter was in the restroom and I needed the toilet paper, at this point Marco went and got the toilet paper and I went and stood at the door of the woman’s restroom. Marco handed 2 toilet paper rolls to me and said«the girl that takes care of that is currently on brake but I apologize for the inconvenience.»(Why does a General Manager put the blame on one of his employees?) My daughter and I went to take a seat and I noticed there were 3 adult menus on the table where the General Manager had seated my husband, the server came and said«What do you want», not«Are you ready to order», I told him I wanted a child’s menu, he went to grab it and I told him the orders. I changed my mind on my order when he left but he was nearby inputting the order on the computer so I stood up and went to him to tell him my change.(Server never smiled, never asked anything, didn’t give suggestions, and when I changed my order it seemed like it bothered him, he grunted and rolled his eyes. Server brought my daughters drink first which was a fruit punch in a novelty cup they sell for children. The cup was overflowing and he was closing it on the way to the table dripping the drink along the way, he put the cup on the table leaving the table all wet, I told him if he was going to leave it like that or clean it, which he went to get napkins and only cleaned the table leaving the cup wet and sticky which I had to clean up. When the food arrived my daughters rudolf pancakes were upside down, and the whipped cream had already melted off, presentation was horrible. I ordered the $ 6 turkey sandwich with soup which the soup cup was completely dirty on the outside and the cheese on the turkey sandwich was so melted that it had became water, and there was too much butter on the bread. My husbands plate was very nice and looked good. I ended up only eating the soup and leaving the sandwich. The server only passed by once to ask if we wanted refills, and that was all we saw of him. Marco the General Manager was joking and giggling with the employees the whole time, I never once saw him smile at a customer of stop at a table, one busboy cleaned up the fruit punch spill the server had made earlier about 20 minutes later. The floors were very dirty, brooms and dustpans were in view of the clients, which looks ugly. I waited for my check to arrive or to see an employee to ask for it but I never did so we ended up going to the front. Marco and a female employee(hostess) were in the cashier, Marco again just looked at me(never asked how my dinner was or anything he just stared), I then told him I was waiting for my check but no one ever appeared, he printed the check out and just put it on the counter(he never spoke a word) he then told the hostess to ring me up. The hostess asked me if she should split the check in 2(which was not something I asked her to do), and I told her no that I could pay it, when finishing the transaction, she handed me the change and receipt, turned to another customer that was next to me and asked him«how was your dinner?». On my way out the door I saw the General Manager, which he saw me as well. Heading out the door we were never told to have a good night, to return again, nothing. My husband always tips the server 20% of the check or more, that was $ 10 the server didn’t earn. I wanted to leave him a penny behind. I already put my review with Denny’s and I’m expecting a call regarding my visit. Earn yourself the headache and go to another location.

I come here all the time!!! Today I got my usual, moons over my hammy with avocado and cheesy hash browns. Always made quick and fresh every time. The service is always exceptional when I come, the manager Melinda always takes care of me and she seems to be awesome with everyone else as well. I also got a new! Santa’s Milk & Cookies Shake!!! It’s a must try if you haven’t tried one yet. There amazing!!! The place is very clean and well maintained. Music wasn’t too loud like others I’ve been too. I would definitely recommend this Denny’s to others out there during lunch hours, not so sure how the night time is here cause I only come during breakfast or lunch. All the staff is very friendly and are willing to help any customers who need help at any time. Love this Denny’s! I will be back!

If it was possible I would give this Denny’s negative stars. We went to Denny’s around 11PM and the restaurant was empty, but it still took 10 minutes for them to seat us. That should have been our first clue to the horrible service. Once we were seated we waited for 25 minutes for somebody to come to ask for our drink /food order. While we were waiting two other parties were sat next to us and were immediately helped. We tried to get the waiters attention, but he ignored us. After food was brought out for the other parties we got up and walked out. As we walked out the guy who sat us just stared and didn’t comment. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had when it comes to eating out. If you can even call it that since I didn’t even eat. I felt so unwelcome in this restaurant. I highly suggest eating elsewhere if you would like a pleasant dinning experience.

They sat us down about 1025. The servers never came to our table to even place an order for drinks. We raised our hands for their attention and they all were just huddled at the register gossiping. The girl saw us and just laughed. Never bothered to attend to us. what horrible service. We left at almost 1045 and they just laughed as we left. You work for the tips kids.
