Came about 6 months ago because my HP Envy laptop crashed. Got my computer returned within one day with a new hard drive in it. Although I lost all my files the price was within reason and affordable I paid $ 90 for a new hard drive and I was returned my old hard drive. Recently my hard drive crashed again. So at first I was a bit upset that another hard drives crashed and I explained I had been here and paid $ 90, he assured me he would look into my laptop and let me know what the issue was again. I got a phone call a day later telling me my hard drive had crashed again but he recognized the hard drive he had installed before so he gave me a brand new hard drive and only charged me $ 30 this time. I would recommend this shop to any one who needs affordable service. I am very pleased and grateful this repair did not cost me hundreds of dollars. Plus they also have a 30 day warranty with all repairs!

Javier knows more about computers than most people. If you have a problem he definetly knows how to fix it. He always is able to fix mine. Very reasonable and honest.
