It takes 2 – 3 months to arrive in the destination place. They are not answering the work phone.

bad customer service they dont answer their phone, they don’t return calls, i decided to stop by one time and i called outside their office there’s people inside but they don’t answer the damn phone coz they’re gossiping… i asked them how come they don’t answer their phone and the lady told me something wrong with their phone yah right i tried calling it and it was just ringing stupid wat a f* liar… grrr my relatives been waiting for package for 2 months now and they keep saying it will arrive soon. dont ever use them or you’ll regret it.

I am currently going through the same bad experience — box was picked up on 8÷30÷2013 with an expected delivery of 1st week of October! Guess what, it’s 11÷5÷2013, a month after promised delivery, but no telling when it’ll get to its destination. We’ve been calling their office almost twice daily for status check, leaving messages(that’s all you can do as you don’t get a live assistance each time you call), but they do not even call you back! What kind of cookie-cutter business are they running? I get it – things happen when you run this kind of operation, BUT to not inform worried customers that their boxes haven’t been delivered because of some unforeseen circumstances is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They need to re-think their business rules or they’re going to fail!!! I wonder if Better Business Bureau is aware of their unreliability…

It’s the 20th of February in Manila. The two boxes picked up on December have not been delivered. I do NOT recommend this service at all. Go with Star Kargo instead. It’s backed by a huge conglomerate called ABS-CBN, Inc.
