Completely trustworthy! We took in a charm bracelet that needed 2 years worth of charms silver soldered into it. We hadn’t found anyone who would do it for a reasonable amount, and in a reasonable time, who had a good reputation (trusting someone with a piece with such sentimental value was not easy). This wonderful family business not only did the work for less than we’d ever paid, they did all the work in a day, and the quality of the work was amazing! That said, the warmth in the way they treated us touched us even more than their superior work. We weren’t family, and we weren’t friends, but they treated us like we were, and we sure are now!
