terrible customer service. really disappointed that they would not exchange a chain i bought for a gift for someone. it was the wrong size, and never worn. they lost a customer in me. with so many other places to shop that honor their customers with friendly return/​exchange policies why bother shopping at shemoni in north county fair?

After visiting almost every jewelry store in the Plaza Bonita mall (and there are a LOT!) I was pretty disgusted. They all had the same merchandise (I mean, identical, or almost identical) and even that is not saying much because it was pretty tacky, unattractive, and low quality. To add insult to injury, they were all very overpriced.
I was so relieved to happen upon this shop, and find a nice variety of silver jewelry at reasonable prices. I walked out with what I was looking for– a unique silver locket that didn’t look like it came from the home shopping network, and cost under $ 50. Is that really so much to ask? I hope not.
Thank you to Shemoni, to the friendly and not pushy sales girl who helped me out, and who threw in a pretty gift box free of charge. Oh, and who didn’t ask me to «open an account» (meaning a line of credit) like the salespeople at all the other jewelry stores did. (They even tried to get me to open an account AFTER I said I wasn’t going to buy anything. Huh??)
