This place got it all. Boards, backpacks, surf, skate wear and equipment. The best thing here is the Nixon section. Incredible. Makes you want to buy something.

Amazing Customer Service!
Went into find some rainbow sandals, they only had two left in the style I wasn’t looking for because of holiday shopping. Staff member Gerald came over to help me find the braided strap style and he was really helpful to call different store locations to find them. I wasn’t surprised when he told me that the other stores didn’t have any in stock either. I than decided to try on different sandals.
5 minutes later…
Staff member Patrick came over and told me that their shipment arrived and they had the sandals I wanted!!!
I was so happy it was like a Christmas miracle!!!
Overall amazing and helpful staff, will definitely keep on coming back!!!

Idk if I should be laughing or be concerned about this situation. When my friend & I came in to get something, all the workers were surrounding us trying to make small talks. When I went there by myself, I was completely ignored. I know that I’m not pretty but that was pretty disappointing to me. Knowing that your service depends on how your customer looks like lol thats just how I felt. This ain’t nordstorms. But if they have a decent excuse about their actions, I’ll see. (Maybe the employee was having a bad day)
Please treat all of your customers the same way. You wouldn’t like it if someone else did that to you.
Other than that, I like their products.

I wish I could write a review and apply it to all locations because I have yet to be let down a single time in any of the shops. They go out of there way to give great service, I’ve had no problems exchanging items that don’t work out, the sales staff is always super helpful. I feel kinda funny walking in the store because I know most of my clothes are bought at one of the locations! These guys kill it everyday, even though they have many locations now you still feel like its a small shop. Keep it up!!!

Best service EVER! Patrick and Daniel were so very helpful! Patrick was so patient with helping my daughter find her perfect pair of Vans. Daniel helped my family also find another pair of shoes because of the great deals this store has! This store has exceptional customer service! The assistant manager Patrick and store associate Daniel are absolutely AMAZING! Would definitely, definitely recommend this store!

Overall amazing experience acquiring some new threads recently at the Plaza Bonita Sun Diego. I’d recommend this spot for the latest lifestyle clothing and accessories to everyone, even my grandmother.
