Jack In The Box

I don’t know why I bother with fast food restaurants especially jack in the box.
They gave us 2 tacos instead of a sourdough Jack. Are these the ones begging for a $ 15 dollar minimum, PLEASE! You guys had one job…
And it wasn’t even that long of a wait. Maybe it’s a sign for no more late night eating. Hmm.

When I got there and ordered food my food… it was done in less than a minute… I should have known better… went to go eat my food it was pretty cold seem like food that was just sitting there for hours… dry and pretty cold. If it wasn’t for my toaster oven I would have went back & gotten freshly made food

Place is quiet which is a good thing for me. Service was good so far everything was good.

For a Jack in the Box this is a great one. The service is usually awesome and on point with your order and if they mess it up. Which happens from time to time there, that is why it is a four not a five star, they will not hesitate to help you fix it.

I went here last night and the «jack’s spicy chicken» was so chewy and rubbery it might as well be called «jack’s spicy bubble gum». I give this spot 3 stars because I wasted my money trying their chicken sandwiches. If you’re going to eat here stick with the burgers.

If I could give it a zero, I swear I would! I ordered a southwest chicken salad, but they ran out. Instead of telling me this, they tried to sneak me a fat-​free vinegrette salad crap! It’s a good thing I always check my order! Can’t believe they would try to fool their customers!

In a pretty creepy neighborhood but I go to drive-​thru so it’s less scary.
I only get their tacos here nothing else. It’s not too bad for 2 for 99cents. Prob the best resort for broke people like me haha!
Drive-​thru is fairly fast paced, never rly waited over 5minutes

Jack in the box is like any ordinary fast food chain \_(”/)_/ & I really don’t trust your food since I got sick .

This jack in the box is alright no complaints. My food is always hot and delicious. (Of course) never had problems with customer service here, they’re actually good on that part. Great location to.

It’s Jack in the Box! Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, fried snacks. I love their curly fries. When I feel really naughty, I send the hubby here around 11pm to get a large curly fries, along with an assortment of other not-​so-​healthy choices, and then eat them while watching a movie/​tv at home. This location is much better than Alta View, in case you’re in the area. This place is usually empty. I don’t think people know it’s here. It’s like a little hidden Jack-​in-​the-​Box gem. Hungry yet? We always get breakfast jacks. I like to order mine «no meat», or «meat on the side». They accommodate you here. Most of the staff is Hispanic, so if you speak Spanish you’ll be a step above. Right now they have a Fish Filet Combo for only $ 3.69. Just sayin’. Hash browns, what? Did I already say «yumm»?

This is my neighborhood Jack in the Box, and today I go through the drive through for a number 5 combo and another order of fries. Since I just came from the ATM I pay with a $ 20 bill (the total was 8.47) and 2 quarters. I am home and a couple of hours pass, I go to get the change from this and notice it’s only 2 one dollar bills. Should have been a ten spot in there somewhere but I don’t have it. I’ve been sitting here thinking I misplaced it but looking at the receipt I just see the person didn’t enter the amount I gave her just did the cash amount. I’m pissed. I’m heading down there to get my ten bucks!

Food quality is as expected. Since this place is right next to my house, I go here at night with my friends for some late night tacos or munchie meals. But this specific location has the Slowest jack service in San Diego unfortunately.

love to get my hamburger fix from this place, i always drive thru though so i can’t say anything about the interiors. So far i love that it’s open 24hrs and i’m crazy about the sourdough jack but tonight i went there to get the sirloin cheeseburger and it was good… or maybe i was just craving for junkfood bigtime… anyways i’m able to finish it so craving is done for this month…:-)

1 trainee and a clown working the drive thru tonight. They gave me the wrong price, and said «they were just messing with me, dude». Usually when that happens either the person is not fit to be there or a thief.
They gave me half of my order and asked what I was still waiting for as if they gave me the whole thing. Luckily I was aware of what was going more than they were. I was patient enough to wait for them to figure out how to do their job and give me what I paid for.
I tried to call the manager to inform them about the incompetence/​rudeness of these 2.
I explained what happened and asked if she thought this was acceptable service. She said «yes». I don’t think she spoke English.
They have a nasty pothole right next to the window too.
Screw this place and it’s crew.
Update: 2÷20÷14 My father just came from there. They forgot his large fries.

The local Jack in the Crack by my house is OK. Only roll thru if you are short on coin and need a quick grease fix otherwise drive down the street and find something better to eat.

This location is a franchise and used to be mediocre at best. It seems they have undergone new management in the last year or so. But the service is ok but the food more times then hot is and ready quickly. Don’t shy away from a sometimes long line, it will move quickly.

i have been coming here for an occasional quick lunch for the past 10 years… and more than often with a coupon for free tacos from a Padre game «go tacos!!»
service is always friendly.
never have to wait long for my food…
drive through is quick and i can communicate clearly with staff (love the visual ordering screen)
food tastes like any other JBX…
of course i have never gone inside… i always do drivethru… so can’t comment on how the inside looks…
i’ll keep going… i have a pocket full of coupons.

Got sick as a dog here, My whole family went to churches and got chicken. I on the otherhand went to Jack in the snatch, bought a ultimate chzburger and a chk salad. I ended up in scripps mercy with SALMONELLA poisoning with a temp of 104.8 for 2 days and chits for weeks I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT SICK AND I WAS THEO NLY 1 WHO ATE THERE !!! Doest take a rocket scientist to figure out what caused it !!!

Went to this particular Jack In The Box the other night after getting the munchies while doing laundry.
Ho –hum…lets see… the food was fine but the service inside was slow, they got my order wrong, the soda fountain was dirty, and the place was freezing cold.
Had to listen to some hood rats complaining loudly about how their 99 cent mystery meat tacos were overcooked the last time they ordered & then had to listen to hood rat instruct the staff on how to specially prepare his taco’s…funny…where does he think he is… this is Jack In The Box after all… not fine dining! Im sure the guys in the back spit in his food as it was being prepared.
Avoid the drama inside! This place is best if you go through the drive-​through.
