Old Navy

What a joke. So, the entry way is definitely presentable. Maybe 20 feet into the store and it’s a nightmare. Things are thrown all over the place, no organization. I say hello and ask an employee where the maternity section is, not only did she NOT turn around to even address me but she said «yes!?»… Who does that?! Then I ask her where my section is, her response is «it’s a little messy but it’s in the back near the baby stuff»
It’s a mess. Literally a pile of clothes. I can barely shave my own legs, ain’t no way I’m about to bend to dig through a PILE of half folded/​unfolded clothes.
What a sorry store.

Four days before Christmas and it looks like a tornado hit this store. Clothes all mixed up, stepped on clothes on the floor… yikes. Won’t be coming back.

I went here simply to buy a pair of black khaki pants. I walk in and immediately see a sign in the front entrance saying «entire store on sale» NOT «entire store on sale on specially marked items». I went and right away was greeted with a disaster (clothes everywhere and items mixed in that didn’t belong there). I searched for my size for a good 25 — 30 minutes and when I managed to find what I assume was the last pair I was of course super excited. I should also add that the signage right above the khakis said «entire store up to 75% off «last minute holiday gifts from $ 1, $ 2, $ 3, $ 4, and $ 5. Deal of a lifetime. I went to try them on and the staff that were attending the dressing rooms were very short with me and it was obvious that they were only halfway paying attention to me due to them having what I’m assuming was the most exciting conversation of a lifetime. Pants fit, Awesome! And they look great. I go to pay only to find out that they are full price and the clerk said «oh the sale does not apply to everything» talk about false advertising! I needed and liked the pants so I reluctantly agreed to pay after some protest. My wife is an Old Navy credit card holder and she gets coupons mailed out periodically. We had a $ 5 off coupon that we attempted to use (for the 1^st time) and were told that it had already been used, what! From my understanding when you use a coupon the clerk throws it away and doesn’t give it back to you? Anyways, 2 stars ONLY because the young lady helping us seemed to be really trying but asked (who I’m guessing was her supervisor) what she could do and she was very unaccommodating and condescending to say the least. This is a pair of pants, I realize that but it’s the principle. Have your items properly marked and alter the sign that clearly says everything’s on sale. I really feel that I got ripped off here. Merry Christmas Old Navy!

Rolled In here the other day for the first
Time as I needed a new shirt for a family gathering. Upon arrival we got parking right up front so I guess we got lucky because it seems to be pretty busy .
Once we got into the store I noticed the large open layout which is nice as I didn’t feel crowded. They had some solid deals but I still wandered over to the clearance section and found a solid button up for $ 20 which wasn’t bad .
I guess I also got lucky during checkout because a cashier opened up as I step foot in front of the line. He was helpful as I paid with reward points and he had to punch in the codes and stuff .
Overall great old navy location if you’re in the area.

I love shopping here! They always have great sales & clearance items for under $ 4 or $ 3. I usually shop here for my kids, but they have great clearance items for youth & adults. Yes, you have to check racks & tables but it’s worth it! Plus, save your previous receipt (take survey) & get an extra 10% off your purchase. I get here early, get great deals & leave before heat & crowds arrive. Friendly staff & fast check out.

I went to old Navy off of highland yesterday to finish up back to school uniform shopping. Got what I needed. Went to my car (which I parked right I’m front of the store) put my bag in and returned to the store to use the restroom. Didn’t realize it until later in the day but my bag was stolen out of my car. I frantically called the store and asked if there was any chance I left the bag in store or anything. They looked everywhere and didn’t find it. I called again to see if it could have been in the bathroom. It wasnt. The manager Trisha looked at the cameras. She saw me leave with the bag and come bag in a minute later with no bag. I was devastated. I’m a single mom. And my very good friend gave me money to get my kids school uniforms. I had no way to get more. She asked if I had my receipt and I said yes I do. I’m she said to come to the store with it and she would see what she could do. I came back to the store she viewed my receipt and she said go get what you need and I’ll have a gift card ready for you. I saw her get in line and had her own credit card and purchased a gift card. She came and fave it to me. I said did you pay for this with your own money? She just said don’t worry about it I am just really disappointed someone would do that… I was so greatful. I thanked her so much I got in line to purchase the clothes. At the end my awesome cashier Victoria said you have this much for a balance on the card. I was like wait a minute I just bought that exact amount in clothes how can I have rhat mm much left on the gift card. At that moment I realized the manager put twice as much on the card. I had only gotten him 2 Polo shirts 2 uniform pants and 1 pair of uniform shorts. Now I am able to get him double. … tears came to my eyes. Who does that? ?? Trisha the manager at old Navy on highland. I’m so extra greatful for that blessing. Thank you so much for your generosity and kind spirit. I really appreciate it.

Great selection as well as customer service! I love buying my toddlers clothes from here!

Went here to find a gift for my dad on Father’s day. I ended up buying him a shirt that was 50% off. I also picked up some earrings. The selection here isn’t that great. I don’t find too much stuff for myself.
Since I have an Old Navy Visa card, I get cash back. I had $ 10 free cash to spend. I ended up paying $ 9.80 total. Not bad for having a Visa card at Old Navy. I like shopping at Old Navy. I also like the jewelry. The only thing about the cash is if you go over $ 10, you have to put the difference on your Old Navy visa. That is not an option.
The location is fairly clean and there is plenty of parking in front. This location takes credit cards and cash but it is best to have the Old Navy Visa card. You get cash back if you charge your card when you purchase items.

Thank you Manager Valerie, for making my exchange easy and going out of your way to provide outstanding customer service! Lisa was cordial and very helpful and there was another gal there that was so kind while she searched for another pair of jeans for me while my kids ran around like wild monkeys! Will come back and recommend this location!

This location is always a hot mess whenever I go. Plus side is that the workers are very sweet and helpful! Good deals and I love the super cash (:

I know what’s the big deal all Old Navy stores are the same but not true! The store had a good selection for each age and gender including maternity… Not that I need maternity right now I just noticed it! Lol!
Only thing is the bathroom was stinky

Don’t shop here especially for maternity! Kids selection is alright. They don’t have anything and the few styles that they carry they have very little of. This goes for just about everything Old Navy carries. Their manikins are fully dressed with styles they don’t carry. If this spot is your only option you are better off shopping online.

I had $ 45 worth of rewards credits so I stopped in to pick up a couple of pairs of pants for work. I selected from their new line and colors a style know as the straight fit. Each pair cost $ 29 so at the end, I only paid $ 10 and some change. All the pants were neatly arranged (
).
They also had some good looking jeans for only $ 19, but I decided to wait on these for my next shopping trip (
). After finding the two pair of pants that I needed, I went to the dressing room to make sure they fit well and they did. The young lady at the dressing room was a hoot and had a good sense of humor.
No one at the store asked if I needed any help, but that was okay because I was on a mission and I knew what I wanted. My experience at the register was quick and easy and I got out with out a hitch.
Very good shopping experience.

I don’t come here that often but they always have great prices and cute clothes !! They have sales very often! All the staff here is very helpful and friendly! I was surprised on how organized and clean this store was compared to other old navy’s ’ I also didn’t have a problem with finding a parking !

Even if I rarely shop here, when I do, this Old Navy keeps their merchandise well organized and I am able to find what I need much easier than it is to find other clothes at other retail stores.

I’ve never purchased clothing from Old Navy because of countless failed attempts to actually do so due to the clutter of every Old Navy store I’ve been to. This one in particular was very organized and I knew which point in the store I wanted to start looking for bargains. As opposed to feeling like I just walked into my messy, cluttered room not knowing where to start to clean it all up. Thumbs up to this location! I shall return.

Good place to get my daughter school clothes especially when they are on sale.

There are 2 Old Navy’s in my area. One is down in the Las America’s outlet mall. I hate going there because of the crowds, parking sucks, and the store is always messy. So my only other option is to go to this location.
For the most part the store is clean and well organized. But DUDE… they hardly ever have any clothes. I mean… I feel like the store is always empty. It’s such a big store but it’s hardly filled with anything. I’m always finding myself traveling to Mission Valley to find what I need.

I love it when Old Navy has an additional 30% off on all items (including sale & clearance)! :)
I’m never disappointed when I come to shop here — I’m not sure if the sizes here run big, but I feel super good about myself when I can buy a small/​medium shirt that fits my chest area, versus the typical mall clothes where I have to try on a medium/​large (depending on material) ugh!
They always have a good selection of clothes & the clearance area is always a good area to find those perfect hidden treasures! (skirts, dresses & cute flowy tops!)
Oh! & their foam 2 for $ 5 slippers are always good to have around the house & an extra pair in your car for those «just in case» moments! :)

I hadn’t been to an Old Navy in a while but after stopping by their location in the San Ysidro outlets with excellent service I figured I’d pick up a button down shirt I saw on sale at this location. Walking in everything is pretty tidy and well organized so I figured things would be a breeze. My assumption came too early.
Once I hit up the fitting rooms to make sure everything fit in the right places there wasn’t an employee in sight to let me into their locked rooms. So I wander out to the sales floor to ask an employee for assistance and realize there isn’t a single worker to be found. So I’m annoyed but not rude, I figure maybe they’re short on people.
I head to the registers where there’s a cashier ringing up one person and another just standing around. I ask him if there’s anyone that could be sent to the fitting rooms and he exchanges glances with the other cashier and says «*insert name here* isn’t there? And none of the doors are open?» –My blank stare– I reply «No.» I start heading to the fitting rooms and lazy worker finally shows up to open a door.
I try on my button down and get ready to bounce. As I’m waiting in line while the main cashier finishes up with a guest she calls for her backup. As I’m getting rung up the item comes up regular price and I ask if it’ll go down to the sale price at the total. He responds ‘no’ and I let him know there’s about three signs directly around those button downs that say the sale price (I read all fine print and descriptions). Since there’s a whole lot of no one waiting in line he asks someone else to check the area to verify that. As I wait I hear «There aren’t any signs.» I head over to the area to physically point at the signs and lazy fitting room employee she lets cashier know on her head piece device they do say a sale price.
For a store who hardly has anyone in shopping on a Sunday morning they made giving slightly decent customer service seem like they were preforming spinal surgery. Would have given this shit hole one star but the selection was pretty decent, hence the two.
