Subway

I have been here a few times because it’s around the corner from my house, never had a problem until now, I had a coupon of buy one 6 in get one free, I was purchasing a foot long and buying and an extra 6 in. on the side. I have done it before at other subways and they have always accepted the coupon and I get the 6 in.free. never had a problem. Salvia the clerk made a big deal about it, she tried charging me for 3 6 in. Instead of the footlong I order. And said that her register did not have that promotion and she couldn’t do, yet I’ve been to 4 diffrent subways and never had an issue with that deal. Your gonna tell me your the only subway with a diffrent kind of register that doesn’t have the deals they offer? Not only was she rude to us but to her employee aswell. Abigail made our sandwiches and she was very helpful. I will never come here again, she tried to scam us and she lied and was very unprofessional.

Been here a few times .
Tonight, I had the pleasure of being served by Sloon. Very sweet and respectful ! I felt like talking today and he went along with conversation.
When I first arrived, he was helping a customer that only spoke Spanish. Sloon isn’t Hispanic, but he tried his very best to help her out. Sad how the older Hispanic lady didn’t try to help him. Oh well, more power to you Sloon.
Will return when you work !

Sloan is a great employee. Epitome of what customer service should be. Parking sucks in this place though.

Every time I come there are some older Filipino ladies working. One time I came, the lady was very rude, but when I came here earlier this weekend the two ladies working there were very sweet and were making conversation and joking with me while they were preparing my sandiwch.
There isn’t much seating at this location, but prices for Subway sandwiches are always good and the location is always clean.
They didn’t have any Lays Salt & Vinegar chips, but oh well.

Horrible customer service! Subway is a chain restaurant that I go to very often and this was one of the worst customer service experiences yet. The two girls working there were very rude and impatient with taking our orders and ringing us up although we were the only ones in line. Maybe they were having a bad day but I know I will never come back here. I just hope management can see how their employees act «under pressure».

never go at lunch time… i waited a ½ hour today! i usually go earlier in the day and save my sandwich for lunch (well…i try to save it… i generally end up eating ½ for breakfast and ½ for lunch)
wish subway would make a drivethru… sometimes i get to lazy to park and end up at the taco shop… out of convenience… plus a $ 2 bean burrito is cheaper than a $ 5 sub…
