Worst customer service ever! as I ordered my food there was the rudest little girl behind the counter with a neck full of hickeys. I’m not sure if the girls were arguing but they both looked pissed. she took my first order and then proceeded to help the next customer. I told her I need another order please, she rolls her eyes and says you never said you wanted another one. when I said excuse me, she turns around with this guetto exorcist neck twist like she’s going to jump over the counter. lol I laughed inside and continue with my order. management should send secret shoppers and get rid of people like this. There are plenty of people out there that would gladly take her job. Anyways, next month I need to place a huge subway order for my employees but definitely not from them. If you guys want a good laugh go to this subway and make sure you take your order from Zasha.

Messed up my order. Had to drive all the way back. They had Bad customer service, they were rude specially the manager, my girlfriend called to say a bad review and after they kept blowing up her my phone threading her. Never Experienced anything like that. Never going back there again! All the people are old and have trouble hearing your order correctly. They manage their store not customer friendly. In their eyes customers are always wrong and they’re always right. And that’s bad for the store cause be sure I will let all my navy friends, family and friends never to come here mark my words ! Food nasty and sloppy, bad workers and the manager has no manners. This place sucks this place doesn’t even deserve a star!

This place has the worst customer service ever. Our server, Zasha I believe was so snappy and rude. I don’t care how bad your day is, don’t be short with your customers. I only gave her two stars because my sandwhich was good.

Reason for the one star is for one reason and one reason only! The manager! The manager is extremely unprofessional. Singing behind the counter… dancing etc. Witnessed her belittle«Zasha» for being unable to complete a transaction. A quality manger and customer service model that this company was built upon is not happening here! It was uncomfortable for me eating here, to listen to a supervisor say to a fellow co-worker, «get out of the way» in a very degrading and sarcastic voice!!! No leadership here. Will definitely eat somewhere else!

I was the only customer at first and it still took forever. Sandwich looked like crap. The lady had to rush because she was the only person making sandwiches and ringing people up. The manager and other employee didn’t come out from out from the back until there was 8 people in line. Management here needs work ASAP. Always the same problem every time I come to this location.

Whenever I go here it’s never crowded but it takes ATLEAST15 minutes to get in and out. There’s always only one person working. I walked out today after standing in line for 10 minutes where I did not move forward in line one bit! Seriously!!!

Stopped by tp buy breakfast sandwich. the guy making the sandwich said they serve breakfast combo all day. When i wnet to pay, the manager Sylvia was charging me regular price because they do not serve breakfast sandwich after 11am– i asked if she can make it into a footlong and sge just deducted few cents– no soda like i would have gotten with brealfast combo– do not go here-poor customer service.

Customer service here is bad. This by far the worst subway I’ve been to. The lady making my sandwich wasn’t even paying attention to what I was asking her to put on my sandwich. I constantly had to repeat myself. It was Irritating. She had no customer service skills what so ever.

Great experience today, I’ve always enjoyed coming to this subway location and after today this will be the only location I visit. The staff was friendly and outgoing, they seemed to be enjoying what they do and had a good attitude. Rebecca made my sandwich and it was perfect! You can tell she takes pride in her work, and only provides quality sandwiches.

I only give it one star for the guy who rung up my order who was friendly and personable. The girl who took my order last week was rude. She mumbled so I couldn’t understand her. No smile. No personality. This is the first subway I’ve ever been in that the service was so poor. To make matters worse I think the mayo was a little spoiled. By the evening I was remembering the sub if you know what I mean. I’ll never go back to this location. That girl needs to go work where people skills aren’t required!

I stopped in here after working out to grab some after workout food. I had a breakfast sandwich. no bueno. the eggs were still frozen. the lady had to heat them up(totally grossed me out and turned me off the breakfast sandwiches). I haven’t eaten a breakfast sandwich at Subway since and never will again for that matter!

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. This particular Subway is owned and run by a family of older Asian ladies. They rarely speak English and I get this feeling they talk crap about their customers as your food is being prepared. This is by no means a racial thing, but it is extremely rude to whisper(in another language) and laugh as your customer is ordering. Now on to the food. I didn’t think it was really possible to mess up a Subway sandwich. After all, aren’t they given specific instructions on how to do things? They skimp on the veggies and if you ask for more, they grab a piece or two of what you asked and fling it in. I thought this was an isolated occurrence, but after 3 times, I came to the conclusion this was a standard thing here. And I’m not sure how this seems to happen, but every time they prepare my sandwich, they always rip my bread on both cut halves, so that when I hold my sandwich fillings or condiments fall out and get all over my hands. The last time I was in, it was only 9pm(they close at midnight) and they had already packed up and put everything away for the night. I walked up to order and they all acted as if it was a chore for them. It took them 10 minutes to muster up the strength to make my sandwich. The lady making my sandwich walked off in the middle of doing so to have a conversation 3 times. Really? I had never encountered a Subway that was so terrible that I had to write a review about. Never again will I be back, even though I live 0.1 miles from this location.

I really can’t believe that I’m the first to review this Subway. It’s been at this location for awhile and has a continuous flow of customers. I’m a Subway fan so I usually always enjoy the meals. I end up judging each Subway by it’s customer service and cleanliness instead. This Subway was very clean and it’s customer service was great! Both employees that worked on my sandwich were friendly and joked with us as we waited. The overall great attitude of the employees spilled over the counter and into the waiting crowd. Everyone was talking and chit chatting as they stood in line, which really made the wait great! I will be sure to stop here for my next veggie craving!
