We took my girlfriend’s VW Beetle to Tim at Underground Autowerks in National City after taking it to two other places. He diagnosed and fixed a complicated electrical problem right away for a very fair price. Now we call him the Volkswagen whisperer.

These guys were great! I had a dead battery on my VW Tiguan on a Saturday and these guys were able to do a 60K inspection and a battery change all without appointment. I got some good tips too about my car and how it compared to other vehicles in its class. So glad i found a mechanic for my VW that is so much cheaper than the dealer!

I recently had my vehicle here for brake service and was quite impressed. 1st off the employees were kind and friendly. I was given an honest estimate and was not forced in to purchasing anything.
