Starbucks

I really enjoy this Starbucks, the line moves slow sometimes but there can be an upwards of 20 people in line sometimes.
The staff is great and remembers you, makes you feel like it’s your coffee shop not just a dollar sign.
The drinks are consistently the same, and good, no matter who makes them!

I do not reccomend this place. The line moved extremely slowly. The staff did not pay attention to the customers. I asked for a Chai Latte but received a nasty-​tasting Mocha instead. I had already left when I realized that I was given the wrong drink in the right cup with my name, labeled with what I asked. The place was dirty and messy. The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean. I would not go back there again.

I am a daily visitor to Starbucks but this Starbucks was 20deep in cups of coffee orders. They are not prepared to manage a huge rush of customers on a Saturday. Ordered hot chocolate and it was like warm, caramel spiced apple cider was like warm, two teas was bitter and warm and the two caramel macchiatos was nothing compared to other Starbucks and there preparations. The working stations were not clean and the young man was constantly wiping them down but the baristas were steadily making a mess. Only go if there is NO LINE!!!

First time here and they were out of coffee how can that be possible? Not good at all

This is in a Tanger Outlet center in Oxon Hill. The staff is one of the best I’ve seen in a Starbucks. They know their regulars and they are always in fab moods. You will 99% catch them cracking jokes or asking you how your days going, making you smile in some way, they are just a very fun group. The place is clean inside and I’ve never had a bad experience. To other reviewers and those who haven’t been to this location, do they get packed? of course (especially since this is ONE out of THREE restaurants at the center) there will be lines people. Do they want to close when the center closes and not stay open so you can sit inside while they could be at home with their family? of course. But this Starbucks is on point. Make sure you ask for Jerry or Josh, they’ll make your worst day into the best quick!

This Starbucks is terrible. Went here and got my free birthday drink for having a Starbucks card. Service was very lousy. Most importantly they do not know how to make the drinks the right way. I ordered the double shot on ice and was asked how I wanted it. I’ve never been asked how I wanted this drink at other locations and have had it made perfectly. The lady asked if I wanted it sweetened/​flavored I said yes… The drink was not sweetened. I saw the other lady making it and it looked like she had no idea what so ever what she was doing. There was also way to much ice in my cup and I’ve never had that problem before. I ordered a venti. There was barley any drink in my cup. I know this drink has a set recipe which is why I was so confused when they asked me how I wanted it. Don’t go to this Starbucks other people didn’t look happy about there drinks either. Being like the only option for coffee at the outlets still doesn’t make this place worth a visit. You’ll be waiting in a huge line as well if the outlets are busy.

I was happy to hear about the opening of this location since there aren’t many in the area, but the service is terrible. I would rather drive across the Wilson bridge to get coffee then have to deal with the slow, unprofessional service here. The person ringing up orders forgot to place mine, and didn’t even apologize about it. All she had to say was, «my bad.» I can’t even imagine this place on a weekend/​holiday.
