One of the very few outdoor public ranges, great people exceptional RSO’s… unless you do something stupid everyone here makes you feel like family, I love this place.

This outdoor range has a pretty decent setup and the best prices around. Unfortunately, some of the staff are not the friendliest and can be rude and very condescending. I would not recommend bringing new shooters here.

My brother inlaw Ryder and I had a great time today. Had some ammo problems yet the pistol ran pretty well. Folks and Staff were friendly and helpful and were eager to help. Safety is of major concern as it should be. Would recommend to other shooters.

If you want an outdoor shooting range, you have to try this place. It is inexpensive, only $ 5 for the first hour, $ 1 for each 15 minutes thereafter. The range is 100 yards long, you can shoot handguns or rifles, set your targets as near or far as you want and they even let you use non-standard targets. I have seen shooters shooting at watermelons, squash, 2-liter soda bottles and soda cans. I was told that if you use soda containers you have to pick them up and discard them afterwards, but if you you use fruits and vegetables, you can leave them for wild animals to eat after. I usually have to wait for a port but less than an hour, sometimes don’t have to wait at all. The staff is very helpful and everyone I have encountered there is friendly. They are open year-round on Saturdays and Sundays. I only go there when the weather is good but some hardy souls brave the cold and rain and go in any weather.
