I almost never write reviews, but Klear Klogs and Terrence were so amazing that I have to let others know. Terrence traveled more than an hour to clear our clogged bathtub. Within less than an hour he fixed the problem that another big name Company couldn’t fix yet charged us over $ 300 for coming out and trying! I was in shock when I had to pay the $ 300+ and we still had a clogged bathtub drain! After reading the rave reviews on Klear Klogs I decided to give them a try. If they can’t fix it they don’t charge you, so I had nothing to lose. Terrence was prompt, courteous and knowledgable, and his price was extremely fair! I highly recommend Klear Klogs and Terrence. I called this company, got Terry on the phone right away. I explains the issue I was having with our pump system for sewage, he took the time to describe what could be done on my part to avoid a $ 350 bill. I did it and it worked fine, so far! I will be sure to call him next time I am in need.

Terrence was very professional, he used a camera to inspect the sewer main and explained to me the options on repair vs replace. I decided to have him clear the lines and he used a water jet systems that made my old clay pipes look new on the inside.
Terrence met my timeline and was the best value for my money. I am very happy and would recommend Klear Klogs, LLC to anyone with a drain or sewer main issue.

Normally I dont advertise business and some may think its a joke but, my drains in my house were blocked and I called a «Drain Expert» to clean them out. Being a 48 year old house you can expect problems like this. The first guy said I needed a new sewer line ans quoted me $ 10k-$ 15k to resolve the issue. I was shocked and frankly panicked. I called another company for a second opinion.
Terrence from Klear Klogs came to my house, identified the problem as a town issue, called them, met with them, advocated for me and stayed till the problem was resolved. Sure, I paid him for his work. But, $ 350 for a true expert who looks out for you is worth more. He saved me from a thief and saved my basement from flooding with sewer water. What an awesome Guy.

We had a problem with our sewage line that left water everywhere. We needed help fast and after calling several plumbers (which told us they couldn’t help) we found Klear Klogs. What a god send. Terrance arrived quickly and went right to work. He was friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable and super helpful. The final cost was also wonderfully reasonable.
