Steve was great. He came in when our stove broke and fixed it with no complaints. He was very focused and didn’t get in the way of anything. I will always recommend this place for any food places that need immediate help

This company is a food service equipment sales and repair company. I sent a ticket through their website for repair services on some of my cafeteria equipment. Someone responded that they needed more information on the equipment so we sent them a picture. More than a month later I still hadn’t heard anything so I sent a «Hey, what’s happening with this?» email and got an email back saying they need a credit card. I told them that my publicly traded company would need an invoice and they responded saying they don’t work that way and that they have strict rules. So a month later I told the guy that I would look for service elsewhere. Customer service? Not with this company.
