Michelson’s Shoes

My elderly mom needed extra wide shoes, and they have a great selection and really, really good prices.
The service was SO GOOD. The guy was so nice and gave my mom so much kindness and extra care. I appreciate that more than anything.

Beware of shotty business practices at Michelson’s.
If you ever purchased a Spenco Foot Care Insole from them, you may have purchased the wrong product for your particular foot, knee, back or neck condition.
The sad part is that Michelson’s does not feel responsible for giving you bad or no advice and are glad to sell you something that may be a bad match.
Furthermore, if you try to return the product, you will not get a refund from them. They will send you packing to the post office to pay more money to request your money back,
What a sham and a shame that a store like has such a lack of caring for the good people of Needham and the surrounding area.
The other bad part is that MDs from BIDMC are sending people to Michelson’s for help and this is what they get.
Shame on them. Someone should report them to Spenco, BIDMC and Town Hall for an investigation. Perhaps then, they will become the responsible business owners we expect them to be.

Every time I shop here I see the same salespeople, which is nice because now we are familiar. They take good care in making sure the shoes fit. The shoes are not cheap, but reflect the quality and service you receive. Highly recommended.
