We got an Olympia Marble referral from a bathroom place. Surprisingly when you spend money for a custom cabinet — most times you do not get the top. We visited Olympia Marble probably a month out from when we were to receive the actual cabinet. We received a price and we liked the product. Our salesman was knowledgable — we walked through the shop and got to see people actually making different tops. It was a fun time. Fast forward to a little over a month later. We called to have the cabinet measured. Then I called to order the product. The only glitch we had was a price differential. It had gone up markedly. I told the person what we had been quoted and she honored the price. Good people. Olympia showed up on time — did a beautiful job with the installation — the product is lovely. We couldn’t be happier.

We went there last year looking for stone for our large renovation. The lady who served us assumed that we weren’t worth her time. The lady was extremely rude and caustic. She served us with hostility and a smile. We left and I commented on how unhelpful she was being. She laughed and walked away. I have not been treated so badly before. It was very off putting. I never actually call to complain but this time I decided it was worth the effort. When I called to complain she kept on picking up the phone and wouldn’t pass it to her manager. I wondered if she would treat her Caucasian customers the same way…

This place used to be good. The person we worked with there recently however, was rude, inappropriate, and incredibly condescending for no reason. I don’t need to have ppl treat me like that, or to create problems in design projects. I won’t send business to your company ever again! This is a recession, it’s no time to treat your customers like crap. I’d rather go to Roma tile and be treated with respect and no attitude.
