Unlike Tile Showcase, Olympia Tile and Ideal Tile of Newton and Watertown. I was treated well by the owner Joe. I didn’t not feel condescended to, nor rushed out and not listened to. Joe took the time to listen to what I was looking to do. His selection was as good or better than any of the stores I mentioned, and equal to what I have seen at Boston Design Center. What a refreshing experience! He made my experience feel less daunting, and was patient in helping me pick the tiles I would be happy with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. I did go in on a Wednesday which also may have helped. He said he was very busy on Saturday. The store looks like an art museam!!!

This place is great! Joe is fantastic and very helpful. I needed some stone enhancer for old tiles and he tried it out for me to see how it would look before i even bought it!

I have been meaning to write a review for this place for the past couple of months. I went here because we wanted to do a backsplash for our kitchen. We are in Watertown so we checked out a couple of places there. I was so overwhelmed and had no idea what to do and when we asked for help, we were told, we can do anything we want which wasn’t helpful at all. I came here because my manager had gotten the tiles from here and so had her family and really liked them. So I go in and the gentleman who helped us was Joe. He was so amazing. I had a picture of my kitchen so he pulled the granite that closely matched ours and started pulling all different samples that that would go with that granite. Gave us all sorts of recommendation and he just had a great eye. He was beyond helpful. I would recommend this place above any. Obviously this place isn’t as cheap as Home Depot and I don’t know how it compares to other places. But customer service and the knowledge is worth every penny.
