I don’t have high expectations for any Supercuts because it’s under $ 20. If you’re expecting a fantastic haircut, this is not the place for you– you get what you pay for. I’ve had both good and bad experiences at this location, it really depends on who’s cutting your hair. I was a little put off by one woman who didn’t bother to introduce herself, and then had to be reminded several times of what I wanted because she wasn’t doing what I asked for.

Do not go here. Our son came back with the world’s worse haircut. It was uneven and clumpy. The «after» was far worse than the «before.» Go to any other barbershop instead of this place.

Location is clean and bright. Pricing is standard of this franchise. The BEST part though, that prompted me to write this review (this is a first for me), was the woman who cut my hair actually listened and then produced exactly what I asked for. I didn’t go in for a trim. I got a lot of hair loped off. I finally have the chunky layers as I had requested and didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to get exactly what I wanted. Super satisfied with the results! I only hope she stays working there for a while! If I get her name (which embarrassingly I failed to do) I will come back and repost to give her the full credit she is due! She’s is a dark skinned girl, probably in her late 20’s and currently has a cool/​punky, fire truck red, short style hair cut, if that helps send business her way!

This was a terrible haircut. I was very specific about what I wanted and the woman totally ignored me. She was very rushed even though there was nobody waiting behind me. Once I got outside I realized just how bad the haircut was and I went back in to have her fix it. She messed my head up even more! I did better at home in front of the mirror…
It’s well worth it to pay a bit more and go somewhere else rather then have your head look like a drunken lawnmower had its way with you.

After years of being unable to find someone who could both cut my son’s hair well and listen to what I wanted, and had the patience to deal with him, I am so grateful to have found Jill. By chance made an appointment after being recommended to go to Supercuts, I will never go anywhere else. My son has some special needs, (high functioning ASD) and never once has she taken shortcuts or become frustrated with his inability to sit completely still or stop asking questions. For once he is excited about going and «getting hair cut by Jill!» Thank you supercuts, she is your gold star!

Good with kids and papa… My hair cut was just what mom ordered and our sun had a good short haircut. At first my boy was scared but they gave him a Lollipop… We all went home happy and light. Will come back as soon as our hair grows back…

After reading bad reviews of another salon down the street, I decided to try the new supercuts. Sometimes I feel they are a hit or miss. I had a great experience. There was no wait, the location is extremely clean. Dana cut my hair wonderfully. Best part is it only took 20 minutes for a simple cut. I would definitely go there again!

Listen, I’ve been balding since high school. I don’t need a fancy haircut so I’ve always just gone to SuperCuts. When this place opened close to home base, I was pretty psyched. The woman that owns this franchise location is very sweet, I’ve never had to wait, and it’s, well, SuperCut prices.
