It’s just eh. I’ve never had a horrible experience here, and I’m in here once a week. But the quality of the food really differs from day to day. My usual is the pick 2 with the Bacon Turkey Bravo and a soup. Like I said, the quality of the sandwich really depends on who makes it. Sometimes it’s fine, but other times, like my visit there tonight, the sandwich is SOAKED in the sauce. Like, it was all over my napkin before I even touched it. All over my hand when I picked it up, too. Sometimes they overload it with meat and cheese to the point that the sandwich is already falling apart the first time I pick it up. They are definitely consistent in one area: they put WAY too much lettuce in their sandwiches. What makes you think I need half a head of lettuce in my half sandwich? I end up tearing most of it off and throwing it away. So wasteful. Service is eh, too. There’s a few very nice employees, but the majority make it seem like you are torturing them just by having them take your order. And their bathrooms can get pretty gross, too.

I think this is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here several times, and I can always count on them messing something up with my order. When I politely point out that something’s not right, they are sometimes rude when trying to fix it. And for some reason, they always seem to give the wrong(or no) silverware. Oh, you wanted a spoon with your soup? Today was the worst. I got a soup and a sandwich. The sandwich was very sloppy and some of the meat smelled spoiled. The onion on it was rancid. I took two bites and stopped eating it was so gross. The soup was lukewarm at best.

Last time I was there a roach was crawling across the counter where you pick food up. My teen daughter saw it and won’t eat there anymore. Teenagers today!

Let me start by saying I have been coming to this location every week for the past 3 years. I probably spend about $ 1000 in a given year at this Panera location. I never had any issues up until last month. I mostly order online and use the rapid pick up however, last week I ordered food from Panera three times and each of the three times they got my order wrong! I either got a sandwich when I ordered a salad or they forgot to put avocado in my Avocado cobb salad. I finally decided to check my pick up order as soon as I picked it up and ofcourse it was wrong again. Thankfully the Manager at that time, Kelsey, was really nice about it. She apologized for the error and got me the correct order right away. Recognizing that I am a regular, she even offered me 2 free meals the next time I went to Panera. I have to say Kelsey did a really great job of making up for it. Despite a few bad experiences, I’m still a fan of Panera and will be going back.

Awful. I got cookies that were stale so I went back. The kid asked me if I wanted a replacement, I said yes… he charged me for them! And said I should have been there earlier, and this was at 10am. It was the day after Thanksgiving, so I know they were from the day before. I contacted them by email and they said that they souks have a manager contact me, but no. So I wrote them back 3 weeks later letting them know, and again, no response. Not giving them any money. Couldn’t keep a customer over a cookie?

Friendly service. OK food. But terrible Wi-Fi. Could be a good place to hang out for a while if they had functioning internet(I’ve been here dozens of times).

This Panera is a model of inefficiency. The line is always interminably long because there aren’t enough people working the registers and they frequently get the orders wrong. I either get the wrong item or I’m overcharged. The food itself is fine and just like all the food you expect to get at Panera but I go here for quality and convenience but often I wonder am I getting that?

I used to love this Panera, but lately it is horrible. Do not bother ordering online for pick-up. It is almost a guarantee that they will mess up your order. I should have learned my lesson, but the last 3 times I placed an online order, they messed it up. The orders are always pretty simple — half sandwich and soup. Not a difficult order, but somehow they can’t manage that. This makes me think what other things(cleanliness) they are missing. I won’t be going back again.

This has to be the worst Panera I have ever been to! The restrooms are filthy the carpets are stained and the service is rude. I’ve order take out on three occasions and each time they got my order wrong the most recent order was for the Asiargo Steak sandwich when I opened the bag one sandwich was wrapped in two different wrappers which would’ve been fine but the sandwich did not have any lettuce or tomatoes which I did not ask to be removed and no pickle. What kind of idiot screws up a simple sandwich.

I’m giving this 4 stars because I like the coffee and the bagels are good. The service is fast. I’ve been coming to this Panera for a couple of weeks and I’m always here before 7am. What I don’t like is the wifi. Almost useless. Hard to stay connected for more than 5 minutes.

I posted a photo of my pink undercooked chicken from the frontega sandwich. OMG unbelievable!!! Im so sick to my stomach right now. If I get food poisoning they are 100 percent paying for my medical expenses !!! I’ve given panera SO many chances since first hearing about it in 2003, from numerous decent meals, and fails such as hair in my food, and small overly priced portions, I am absolutely DONE!!! I better not get sick for paneras sake. Lemme wait the 24 hrs and see. Manager said to call if anything. …UGH I wanna vomit. And this should actually be ZERO stars.

I love Panera, the concept is great and the food is very decent. I always get great customer service, but today it was bad… The girl at the counter hates her job and is not polite to customers. In kind of a hurry… The manager was next to her and didn’t care at all. Something is wrong… No wonder reviews are low-average for this shop.

Pro: Location. The food is okay. I had more fresh salad at other Panera locations, though. Cons: Very very very slow wi-fi. It is useless. Do not come here for the free wifi(I did). You will waste your time and get frustrated(I did). Very limited parking space. Gets super crowded at the lunch time.

First, I like the food at Panera, and the service is fine. So good food and fair coffee. I take issue with the way this chain is run. 1. the eliminated a small coffee, so the smallest size available is 16.8 oz, now I know I don’t have to fill the cup, but at $ 2.18 for an empty cup that I have to fill myself… 2. My delicious blueberry bagel.(they are good, not to puffy) I looked up at the menu and see $ 1.05 for a bagel. My receipt shows $ 1.35 they have two prices for bagels, and a blueberry costs 30 cents more than an everything. 3. I ordered it with peanut butter(for here, not to go) had to spread the peanut butter my self. and the portion size officially 2oz, but that’s not what I got. just enough to barely skim the bagel. 90 cents extra, fine i suppose, but for 90 cents… 4. when the bus boy(ME) cleared his table, and left the knife on the plate, the employee near me showed me that the flatware goes in a separate compartment.(I thanked him) Now I suppose it’s a value for the free wifi. if you are sitting all afternoon staring at your laptop for the price of a cup of coffee, but I am talking with my feet, and don’t think I will be back, unless I want to watch a movie on netflix, which i just might do.

Yes their service is slow, but not as slow as the other Panera. I went in today and got fast service. Yes I got fast service today. However, their employees are great and they make the visit enjoyable. The only feedback is they have to some how find a way to speed things up when it is busy. I really think having the managers more involve and leading by example well make a difference if they can’t add any more staff due to payroll.

Definitely a great Panera Bread location for staff, proximity to major roads, consistency of food, and service. However, the parking situation is terrible in the strip of shops at which it’s located, even though they sometimes provide free valet parking for patrons. The handle the morning rush well, so I can overlook the bad parking as long as I come early or late enough(not peak hours!).

Can this place be any slower? Came to pick up a phone order, had to wait in line for 15 minutes to pay, then more to get my order, well past the time when my food was supposed to be ready. The staff was slow and rude, didn’t even get an apology. The place is always very understaffed. Giving it 2 stars(not one) because we like the food.

If I didn’t have a gift certificate I would NEVER go here. And if you have a gift card don’t bother trying to place your order online because when you get to the end on the site it will inform you that you can ONLY pay by credit card. And don’t bother calling your order in ahead of time… because every single time I’ve called my order in they haven’t had it ready when I arrived to pick it up. Terrible customer service. Subpar food. Just a few more reason why we need more food trucks in the area.

I have a love/hate relationship with this Panera. I love Panera, but this one just tries my patience, and often. It is the only Panera I have even seen offer valet parking. The parking lot is a total cluster, but, no, you are not taking my car and parking it in some random non-parking designated area. I will circle around the lot two or three times but will give up if I can’t find a spot by then. Then I just go elsewhere. If the parking lot is crowded, you know it will be crowded inside. Often, there is no place to sit during lunch hours and I have waited over 20 minutes for a salad many times. Sometimes I get really good salads made with care and attention to details. However, other times I get salads that seem to say«I made this salad and I hate my life… and I hate you… and I just threw some random stuff in this box and mixed it around… and then I threw this dressing in this plastic thing… and…I hate you». Lunch hours bring office peeps as well as tons of mothers with children. Panera management, if you happen to read this review, please start a SOUPONLY service line. One line for people ordering soup and staff designated to prepare soup orders only. It is so frustrating to order soup(all you have to do is pour it in a bowl and hand it to me) and then have to wait 20 minutes while the staff prepare the 10 salads ahead of you.

Although this is a chain so you would expect it to be the same everywhere this one is not. The staff are friendly and do a great job but my review is about a manager there who made the experience horrible. We host game nights there once a month and they used to reserve the back room for us. At some point they stopper reserving it but we didnt complain. We would always manage to find room there despite having anywhere between 6 to 20 members of the meetup group show up. One night we were in the room as usual and a manager came in and asked us if we were staying long. I replied that we were leaving at 10 as we always did. He responded that they close at 9 that day. I mentioned that we always leave at 10 and that we used to have this room reserved. He said they no longer reserve that room and asked why we had the door to the room closed. We said because we use the location to play board games and we didnt want the noise from outside or us to disturb the patrons outside. He responded that they no longer reserve the room and tht we had to keep the door open. I had brought up the website in the mean time and mentioned that the site says they close at 10… he said«well yeah. but we have to clean up». Generally his tone was rude and his comments were unnecessary and made us feel unwanted despite the fact that once a month we can have up to 20 members who will spend and average of 10 bucks each there. Other members still want to keep going there, but it has become my least favorite location for game nights.
