Swizzles is SO AWESOME!!! The fro-​yo is awesome as well as all of the toppings and candy. Staff is pretty good, plenty of paring in back.

We enjoy the frozen yogurt here. It is true the staff is hit or miss and it seems lots of the machines are out of order but the flavor is indeed European yogurt which my family likes.

I’ve passed this place a lot of times and have always wanted to try it out. I finally got a chance to try it out and I was pretty disappointed. I usually like the original flavor so I tried some of that and the salty caramel pretzel. The original flavor isn’t that tart and it’s just kind of bland. The salty caramel pretzel tasted really bad. It’s way too salty and weird tasting. I wish I didn’t get that since all I can taste now is the saltiness. I agree with the other reviewers that the floor at the place seems to be really sticky. I wonder if they ever mopped the floor. Pinkberry is definitely much better.

I was so excited to go to Swizzles, but was very disappointed with my experience. They have about 8 flavors to choose from and not many toppings. The entire store was sticky! The ice cream knobs were sticky, the glass and tables were covered in spilled and melted yogurt. I stepped into a puddle of melted ice cream on the floor. No body cleaned it up! It was very expensive, for yogurt that wasn’t very tasty. Very disappointed. When I was checking out to pay I had a hard time understanding the staff… they seemed to mumble and they spoke.

Maybe I went on an exceptionally good day on my first visit. I’ve been back twice since then, and there are now only a few flavors to choose from since the rest are «out of service.» Same goes for toppings — the staff doesn’t seem to be good about refilling them, or they look like they’ve been sitting in the tubs too long. I guess it’s better to go earlier in the morning, before the place turns messy.
I should note that they do give out «rewards cards» that give you free ice cream when you register online. I liked the free part, but definitely didn’t like the sloppy atmosphere.
