Top Line Nails

I’m sorry to say you should avoid this nail salon.
First impression wasn’t great – it didnt seem particularly clean and the TV was blaring. When I asked the owner how the tools were sterilized, she became very nasty and defensive and would not answer directly. Good salons are happy to tell you exactly how they sterilize, the ones that won’t are the ones you need to worry about. That combined with the blaring gameshow on TV made it easy to leave. And after talking to someone who had gone there, it was clear I’d made the right decision.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! If I could give it zero stars, I would.
The only reason why I went to this place was because my nail place was not open on Mondays. They SEEM nice at first but they are very rude. My mother in law is very familiar with them & she was the reason I started going.
One day I went to get a fill from a set that I got at my original nail place, I got a French manicure & 4 nails filled. A fill there is 20, I ended up paying 33. When I left, I noticed that my nails were not filed fully and you could see the uneven acrylic under the nail. The next day I explained to the woman that I was unhappy with them & I asked for a simple color change. she argued back and forth with me & told me that they looked fine & that she shouldn’t have to re do them. I explained to her (as a student in customer service) that as a customer I am unhappy & that she should have no problem re doing them, as it is only the right thing to do since «the customer is always right «. I even left option up to her what day & time was best for her to redo them. We settled on a later time that day and she demanded me not to be late. Finally I get there & she tells me she only had 10 mins for me AND I had to pay for the color change. Throughout this she was legitimately yelling at me and demanding me to pay in front of everyone in the shop telling me nothing was her fault & that her work was good & it was my fault the underneath of the clear paint was messed up when she was the one who filled it & did the work. She told me she was trying to be nice to me but shouldn’t have been because I was giving her a problem. I was extremely embarrassed and I will NEVER be going back. My experience was horrible, especially for the price I paid. DO NOT GO TO TOP LINE NAILS IN NEEDHAM. Their service nor their nails is «top line «.
