regrettable this company is less the honest. My association hired Joey bulkhead to install a retaining wall. We gave him $ 5000 up front for materials. after months of stalling and excuses, he asked for an additional $ 5000 to start the work. He was told no and that he must provide documentation for where the rest of our money went. He then suggested that this might not work out and offered us our money back. We accepted his offer which actually consisted of him ignoring our calls and refusing to provide and documentation or our money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR.

Frank and Joey «Bulkhead» did a great job repairing my dock. Joey explained the process necessary to repair the damage. The price was competitive and reasonable. Joey is responsible and reliable. I would and have recommended them to my friends.
