Walmart Supercenter

Of all the places Walmart Co could have opened in this county, the had to choose this area… First the place is a mess, from the outside the place seems like your regular Walmart nationwide, inside not so much. The place seems to be different then other Walmarts i have visited. The major issue is the lack of intelligent staff at this location, of the times i have been here to purchase simply life needs like food or utensils, I have encountered rude and very terrible customer service. To simplify, from my viewpoint the people who work here dont seem to want to work here and are in the wrong profession. Many times i have asked staff members in store and on phone if they had a item in stock, or where a item location in the store was, only to keep me waiting on the line or in store so that they can go and ask 3 or more other staff members the same simply question, if Im lucky, one of them would know. IF, most of the time, a manager is called. This is a waste of time for both parties. Walmart needs to either pay these people more to work or find better replacements that actually wont show attitude and also do a good job, that way your customer base may actually come back!

This place is terrible, corporate needs to come into this store and either shut it down, or clean house from the top down, employees are very unprofessional.

Wow! Why have someone answer the phone that not only doesn’t understand you but I cant understand they. Not to mention the pharmacy, where the important of getting medications correct. Because I pay out of pocket for meds, lol I thought CVS was expensive 200.00 «Nope» according to Walmart the med I was looking for was 300.00 WHAT? Thanks but no thank you!

I agree with the other reviews that the staff is quite rude and unhelpful! I asked a young lady to price something for me, as she clearly had the handheld scanner in her hand, she said it wasn’t working and kept on scanning other items. The same items are rarely in the same twice, or priced correctly! The manager is also quite rude and disrespectful. Clearly doesn’t care about the staff or customers, as I have spoken to him once about poor service! Lines are always long and «management team» seems to care less!

It’s starting to get trashy again like it was before the remodel. The store has gone down hill. Rarely do you find anything in the right place. Wrong products in front of the wrong pricing label. The counters are in disarray. Not many check outs opened when crowded. To many employees socializing. And not putting quality into their work. I can’t believe their mgmt team is letting this store fall apart.

Okay this one takes the cake. I’ve been to many walmarts and I have seen things my friend. I was there on 9÷4÷2015 approximately around 7pm and went to go pay for my groceries. The young African-​American male who was working the cash register… WAS TOO BUSY TEXTING AND HE COULDNT/​DIDNT RING MY GROCERIES UP. What the hell.

This place needs more trained staffs, I often go here since it’s open ²⁴⁄₇ but usually the staff themselves don’t know where anything is when I ask and some are also really rude and don’t seem to like their job anyhow. Price is good like Walmart anywhere else

Lines are always very long. They are open 24 hours which is great. They need more cashiers.

Those days when I would frequent a super Walmart as a budget-​conscious College student are long over. Now my conscience has kicked in and the realization that all the cheap merchandise has more global ramifications has made me cringe at the thought of being a patron. So long Walmart, you have served me well and now as an adult I will make better choices with my hard earned money.

What can I say… I love a Wal-​Mart!
Even though they don’t carry Hello Kitty items, I still love them for their prices!
