My wife and I shop at this target frequently. The service is very good. I like that they have everything from groceries to clothing. They have a good selection of DVDs and CDs which you don’t see at many places anymore. The only reason why didn’t give it five stars is because I bought a bike online from them and I needed to return it because it was missing parts and they would not let me return in the store. It was a very complicated difficult transaction and that sort of got me upset. Target please look into your return policy for improvement

i went in there with four coupons the cashier didnt even know how to respond so she called over the manager. the manager was very rude saying how you cant use 4 coupons and your only allowed to use 1. i tried to inform her that you can use 4 coupons and she said nope you cant im the manager i know target rules. She started yelling and causing a scene. I was so shocked. i have never been treated like this before. I will never shop at this target again. (i was 100% positive about the coupon policy)

This is the absolute worst target I’ve ever been to. The entire store is an unstocked mess. Entire shelves in the makeup department were empty, and what was in stock wasn’t hanging but rather piled in a mess on the bottoms of shelves. Entire shelves of food completely empty… Just an unorganized mess I feel like I’m at Kmart not target.

Great target. Clean and well organized. Shelves are nicely maintained and are not dusty(in comparison to other stores). They usually have a pretty good selection and I have luck with the shop online and pick up in store. I recommend it!

This store is disgusting. Stained and moldy ceiling tiles, bad smells. Miserable employees. Stay away.

The last 4 times there, they rang up merchadise higher then the sale price, terrible lines at registers, no help… The pharmacy is the worst, they have no inventory, and the employees do not care, even when they promise an order, its always sorry, maybe tomorrow.

Good average target store. Well stocked. No complaints about the customer service. Most employees are friendly. The only thing bad is a lot of times they only open a couple cash registers and the lines can get long. The new Starbucks inside is just OK the staff is not well trained with making drinks and it takes awhile with them looking up how to make them. But I mostly just get coffee so no big deal.

I called this particular Target on Friday September 27 at around 7:20 pm. The woman who answered said«what can I help you find?»…I asked if they carried Mens blazers. Was put on hold for 3 to 4 minutes while she checked. Then, customer service rep #2 picked up the line and asked what she could help me find. I told her that I was looking for mens blazers and explained that I was put on hold by customer service rep #1. Customer service rep #2 says… oh yeah we have those. I drive the 10 miles there. I look and search, and look and search in the mens department for blazers. Can’t find any mens blazers. I go to the customer service desk… tell them that I called and spoke to two people about the mens blazers not long before I got there.(I can’t even get into this story) The woman then calls someone to help me and tells me to meet them at the fitting rooms. I go there and meet a young man, who walks me over to the mens department, and he and I search the mens department for mens blazers. He tells me that they don’t have any.(very nice young man, and apologized to me) Wow… do the people there even know what a blazer is? and are they saying«yeah, we got those» just to get the customers in there without regard to what they are really looking for? No wonder why that target is so pitiful. I will never go back

This store is really going downhill. Empty shelves, product scanners for customer use are STILL not working, and the employees and management seemed poorly trained. I purchased groceries a couple weeks ago when Pepsi products were on sale and shown in their flyer. None of the Pepsi products rung up at the sale price, but I didn’t notice until I was home. Went back with my receipt and was told«Mountain Dew isn’t a Pepsi Product» even though their ad shows Mountain Dew in the picture next to Pepsi, and it is, in fact, a PepsiCo product. Manager was called over and said since the computer isn’t ringing up the sale price it’s not on sale, finally the manager told the girl to just do it manually since«it’s easier to just give them the discount than try to explain it to them». Today I was in the store and noticed a few Blu Ray movies were on sale and were much cheaper than what I paid last week. Of course I didn’t have my receipt with me for a price adjustment, but Target can look up credit card orders without a receipt. After telling me it would be no problem, they refused to look up my receipt and I needed to have an original receipt to do a «return and rebuy». I told her I just wanted a price adjustment on the original order, and she said she can’t do that without a receipt. I told her I had done this before and asked what was the purpose of looking up orders without a receipt via credit card if you can’t do anything without the original receipt, and she just said«You want to do a return and rebuy, you need the original receipt». How hard is it to hire people who can listen?
