I was craaaavvving some froyo! Ended up getting Espresso and Vanilla. Super good! The California Tart was really good too! It was kind of in between a orange push-​pop with a hint of lemon!

I’ve been here twice and definitely did not have the negative experiences that the other reviewers had. The frozen yogurt flavors I chose all tasted great and I love the wide variety of toppings you can get, from different candy, brownies, lots of different sprinkles, nuts, fruit, etc. Both times I’ve been very pleased with what I got. I did, however have a case of sticker shock both times. The price is calculated by weight, and I feel like it’s a lot of money for the amount you get.

This is a perfect example of the phrase: ANY business can succeed in New Albany, no matter how terrible. Each time I went, it was worse and worse, 3^rd and last time going was last night. Pretty sure the Tahitian Vanilla yogurt food poisoned me, as I was up at 1AM ‘returning’ it.
Long lines, uncaring employees, a lot of broken machines, hidden sample cups, no loyalty card, and for some reason the cashiers want to ring up every bowl separately, which takes a while with a long line of people. One day this business may care about the customers as much as their $, but this day will not be any time soon.

Terrible! I was skeptical because of the other reviews but thought I would give it a try. First and LAST time going here after the experience I had. Several of the frozen yogurt machines were out, the select 4 – 5 flavor a that were working were so full of liquid and not hard at all as frozen yogurt should be… The employee I informed of this seemed not to care and just went about his business. Very poor quality product and poor service.

This place has gone downhill fast. Went in last night to get frozen yogurt and it turned out one of the flavors (cake batter) was spoiled. Took a bite only to find out I had eaten spoiled milk it was absolutely disgusting. Called the store to warn them and the girl working the front desk told me another customer had just complained about the same issue. Not sure if the frozen yogurt had sat in the machine so long that it had gone bad or they used spoiled milk to make the frozen yogurt. Anyways, they did not refund the money because the girl at the front desk said she didn’t know how and said that we could come back for another bowl. There was no way I was going to drive back there let alone ever go back again. Completely disgusting.

This place is «just okay.» It’s close to where I live, so it’s convenient. It’s nice to stop in every now and then for a quick frozen treat. The last time I was there… one of the flavors (red velvet) came out like red GOO! A watery glob. I still ate it… tasted okay, but wished it was more firm.
I do like the fact that they have may toppings to choose from. Cereal, granola, candy, etc.
Other than that… this place is very average. I like Orange Leaf much better!
