Great tasting pizza that i snot greasy at all. The mac and cheese bites are amazing! And don’t forget to get one of the numerous dipping sauces they have. Spicy garlic is the best!

They were half an hour late delivering a pizza it was cold and this was not the first time this happened it seems to happen all the time to anyone who uses zero pizza

Just got done helping my sister move into her new place in Fenway. Everything was a cluster and we were worn out and starved so decided to stop here and get some pizzas to go. I can’t say that it was my favorite pizza by a loooong shot, but my nephews loved it. The owners? that work in the back seem like a nice couple. Getting old sucks.

Pretty much my go-to in New Albany. Love the red sauce on all their pizzas. Good price and timely on delivery and pickup. Give it a try.

The Stromboli is by far the best I’ve had in a long time! Price is a little higher than I expected but it’s so worth it. Plus you can order wine and beer to be delivered with your food, what could be better.

First time trying this place out, impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff. Had a few appetizers consisting of some onion rings, garbage French fries, fried mushrooms and garlic bread. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and a banana peppers and pepperoni pizza with a few buckets of cold beer and outstanding root beer. Had a great time with friends and excellent food. Ingredients were fresh, nothing too greasy or cold, everything was very flavorful and made in a timely manner. Would absolutely have no reservations recommending this venue to anyone and would definitely come here again.

Soooo good! Buffalo chicken pizza is absolutely delicious! We visited during the evening. The manager, Bob, is hilarious, friendly and helpful. Their outside patio is really nice for warmer days. …oh, and what’s that? Beer? Yes please!!! The fact that there is beer doesn’t take away from the family atmosphere though, so fear not. It’s a fun place with great people. Thanks for a great time!

I have been buying food from Zeros for years and never had an issue. For the first time tonight, my pizza took an hour and a half to get here and it was ice cold. I called the store to let them know the problem. The person on the phone told me to put the pizza in the oven… WHAT??? I asked to speak to a manager at which point the woman informed me she was the owner!!! I couldn’t believe this! I told her I wasn’t paying for this pizza and she didn’t care. I’m officially done with zeros… Pathetic.

Best pizza I’ve had in quite some time. I’ve tried the standard crust and the gluten free — both are amazing. The ingredients are fresh and everything is always piping hot and cooked to perfection. The BBQ chicken pizza is far and away my favorite but the veggie pizza is also to-die-for. We always pick-up, but there is seating in the restaurant. The service is great and fast for our pick-up orders.

Good food — bad delivery time(although the drivers are always apologetic) — and unfortunately, the bad delivery time means«luke warm» pizza. If you want their food, go pick it up for yourself. Seriously, if you want it delivered, call«any place but Zero’s»

Love the Healthy Choice pizza. We’ve always had really good experiences. The onion rings are excellent. They’re a small, local place really working to be a fixture in the community. Good ingredients, good pizza.

I thought the food was excellent! I stopped in on a Monday night. Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza & one of their salads. The cheese on the pizza was amazing! You could tell everything was very fresh! I like that the crust wasn’t like anywhere else. It had a crispness to it that you don’t usually get elsewhere. The salad was also fresh. The staff was pleasant enough. I will definitely go back & try out more on their menu.

Zero’s is, in my opinion, is the best pizza in New Albany. The ingredient they use are really good, and their whole wheat(although it is an extra charge) is great! My favorite pizza they offer, as a standard pizza, is their Barbecue Chicken Pizza. The service is great, the people are so nice, and I recommend Zero’s for any occasion.

I have been meaning to write a review about this place for months. They have AMAZING pizza! I recently switched to Gluten Free and they have the best gluten free pizza crust and they can make any of their pizzas on the gluten free crust. My favorites are their White Ranch Chicken Fajita, Health Choice, Veggie and BLT pizzas. If you try any of the 4 specialty pizzas I mention you will not be disappointed. They will also deliver beer and wine to your house, which is nice if you are running low when having a party… its help me out a few times. Thanks Zeros… glad you decided to make New Albany home!

I love this pizza place. I have been gluten free for 6 months and had given up on Pizza. However, this gf pizza is amazing. I am so impressed. GF pizza is normally chalky and flavorless. This is so good, when I go with friends, everyone wants the gf. This is a very untapped pizza market and I recommend advertising more to the gf community(menu’s on gf sites ect). The staff is great. Pizza comes out quick. The«healthy choice» pizza is our favorite. It is quickly becoming a tradition for our weekly team lunch. I was skeptical at first that Zero’s would have a healthy option. It just didn’t strike me as a place to get healthy food. In this case, I love admitting that I was wrong!

I was in town waiting for a job interview and had some time to kill. I needed some lunch and saw this little pizza shop sitting on the corner. Pizza sounded good, and I saw a piece of paper advertising«pizza by the slice.» I thought, «What a wonderful stroke of luck to find a pizza place on the fly that sells by the slice.» Sadly, it didn’t end up being the best of experiences. The first impression was a good one. Zero’s is on the corner of a nice little«marketplace» of venues, of all different types of businesses. There is an outdoor patio area that is rather nice, and if not for the large group already occupying it I would have eaten my pizza in the beautiful sunny weather today. Walking in my first impression of the décor was that it is simple in design, yet sort of attractive. I liked the wooden and, what looked to be stainless steel, tables, bar, and stools. It was nothing mind blowing, but for a local pizza dive I thought it had charm. Then I noticed the clusterf**k of customers in the dining area. Their layout is nice if they only have 1 customer waiting at a time. If more show up, and indeed they did, the line runs through the dining room straight to the door. It is incredibly inconvenient to those sitting in the middle tables having their lunch/dinner. As there isn’t much standing room, and people in line are basically right on top of those eating. They really need to think of reorganizing their dining area/ordering flow. Then things went from slightly inconvenient to not so well. I ordered 2 pieces of pep pizza and a drink. Everything is made to order, so there is a wait. Thank goodness for this because I hate getting food that was made 15 minutes ago. And pizza you can immediately tell. I sat at the bar, so I had a nice view of the counter at the angle I was sitting. I could also look back to see what was going on at the main prep table behind the front counter. They might want to move that prep table, because I lost all confidence in my food and the staff while watching a lady look totally confused while cutting a pie. I timed her, and no exaggeration it took her 7 minutes to cut a pie. This was after the thing sat for 5 minutes on the table without being touched. Just getting cold. Where is the love in the food? I was then borderline grossed out when the woman pulled out a tape measurer to cut the pie properly. A TAPEMEASURER! I’ve used tape measurers for many things; wood work, cement work, block laying, hanging things on walls, but never for food. The first thing that went through my mind when she got it out was, «Well this is odd.» Then she put it on the pizza and my thoughts turned to, «GROSS!» Those things have paint on them that doesn’t so much flake off, as it just wears off. So you never know if you are getting small doses of yellow and black paint with your pizza. Thankfully when my two personal slices came out they were not in need of cutting. So I could say I was thankful for that. Then my pizza came. At first glance it looked really good. It was completely covered in pepperonis, not a space left untouched. Then I tried to pick it up and realized my pizza was 90% grease. Now don’t get me wrong, I like a bit of grease on my pizza. I like crunchy pepperonis and a thin crust, so this should have been right up my alley. Sadly, there was so much grease it made both the dough and the pepperoni soggy. The cheese was a bit rubbery as well, which I might be tempted to blame on the lake of grease my pizza had on it. In the past I have had friends and relatives that always«dabbed» their pizza with napkins before eating to get the grease off. I would always laugh and poke fun of them, telling them that if they didn’t want grease on their pizza then they didn’t want pizza. No exaggeration, I used 3 napkins to soak up the excess grease on two pieces. It was gross! The sad part is, the pizza has promising traits. I thought the sauce was just the right sweetness and was nicely seasoned. And the outside of the dough had a little crispness to it. It was just the doughy top part of the dough, the rubbery cheese, and grease soaked pepperoni that ruined the whole experience.(So basically 90% of the pizza is just not good after I think about it.) They use actual dishes, not paper plates. That gets a HUGE thumbs up from me. I love it when I get something that clanks on the countertop when you serve me food. But when I was finished there was nowhere to put my plates. I asked the guys behind the counter and they said, «Just leave your plates on the countertop, we will grab them shortly.» I appreciate them being so service minded, but I know how things get in the food industry when lunch and dinner hours kick in. They need to have a place for customers to sit their plates when they are done eating, just to make sure customers always have a clean place to sit without any dishes lying around. One positive to mention is the staff was friendly.

I ordered a small pep and sausage pizza and it was okay. At first glance the pizza looks greasy, but its olive oil. The Hot chicken wings are very tasty and meaty, some of the better wings I’ve had at pizza places. Prices are a little high, a can of soda added to my order was $ 1.08. I also was not offered any napkins when I picked my order(at the drive thru).
