Brice is the best worker at this Jimmy Johns by far! Ask to speak with him, super nice person! Even if you don’t know him, he will talk to as if you were friends for a long time! Love this place to pieces!!!

Always on time but order is ALWAYS missing one or more main ingredients.

Just tried to go in and get some food with my husband. We walked in 5 minutes before they closed but we saw some teenagers sitting in the booths and what appeared to be a kid standing in line. So as we walk up a kid (in street clothes) comes out and says they are closed. I hear one of the teenage girls yell «oh my god what are you doing!» I would like to know why the hell an adult isn’t supervising this store? My husband and I have worked out fair share or retail so we know to stay open and take all customers until the last minute. I couldn’t be more unhappy.

Subs taste great and are fresh, dine in and pickup they are great and very fast.
Delivery on the other hand I’ll never do again, ordered 1 sub for deliver around 11:30am on a Saturday and it took nearly 1 hour to travel the 0.8miles distance I live from this location. A time saver it was not, next time I won’t be a lazy ass and drive up there to save 55 minutes of that hour waiting.

I didn’t get any napkins in my to — go bag. Sandwich was so sloppy I had to eat sideways. I will NEVER eat at this location *new albany * ever again.
It did not look like any supervision was given to the workers which looked about in high school and they were talking to each other while I was trying to place my order!

These guys are great! The food is of good quality. I’ve gone in to eat and the staff is very professional and friendly. I love whole dill pickles and theirs are fresh and crisp! They also are excellent for delivery… they really are Freakishly Fast!

Up until about a month ago, I have never had Jimmy John’s…heresy, I know! Living in the Columbus area, constantly hearing the ads on the radio, and still, I never had tried it. With the New Albany location opening up recently, this changed drastically.
I’ve been stopping about 3 times a week now to get my fix on my way to work. Love the Vito (extra dressing extra onions) and the turkey, though I usually side with the Vito when I can’t decide what I want. I’ve been flip flopping between the normal bread and the lettuce wrap to mix things up, but I love both.
Normally I’ll submit my order through their app before I leave my apartment, and when I get there it’s already sitting on the counter for me. Extremely convenient, and the employees always seem to be very nice.
I can safely say my habit will continue; I’m looking forward to trying some of the other sandwiches!

This is hands down the best gourmet sandwiches you can ever have. The meat and veggies are super fresh and of course the bread! Unlike some sandwich shops the bread is hard and not fresh. The timely service is amazing! It’s very true like the commercials from the moment you place your order and send it or call it in. It’s at your door that quick! Freaky fast alright! Why wait for a pizza or Chinese carryout when it takes like over an hour and your are starving. Try Jimmy Johns I highly recommend them! Delicious!
