After being a Patient of Dr. Lowness for 4 years, having my routine yearly plus visiting the ICC for the nasty stuff that pops up. When I tried to refill my monthly prescriptions, they were denied and I was told I needed to make an appointment to be seen. I did and upon arriving I was told that they had dropped me from care, thus my scripts were rejected. When I ask why, I was told I needed to talk to the office manager, I said great when can I see her? I was then told that the best that could be done was for me to call her, leave my name number and reason for calling, I suggested just a moment of her time while I was there and was told she was much to busy dealing with current patients, after all they take precedent over current patients. The sad fact is I like Dr. Lowney, I’m not real sure what went wrong.
