I have been to Kohl’s in Alexandria, Virginia, Madison, Alabama, Tucson, Arizona, Dayton, Ohio, Jeffersonville, Indiana, and at this location. The layout is similar at all locations but so far I love the one in Alexandria, Virginia, because of the selection of merchandise.

Kohls has great customer service. Have to give them credit there. Always willing to exchange like they say. No questions asked. Prices are pretty good too.

Love the prices and sales. The cashiers are usually nice but the pressure to open a credit card (especially from the older lady with the distinctive voice in the jewelry department) can be annoying. Also wish the dressing rooms were dusted more frequently and several times the cashiers have forgotten to remove the security tag from items I’ve bought (though the security sensors at the door don’t go off), making me have to return to the store.
