Juice to the rescue. Cold pressed juice on an empty stomach this AM refreshed me the way I needed. A long night out and bad food choices sums it up. I dragged myself to Samba Fresh to get a fix and I am glad I did.
This location is in New Albanys market square, easy to find and ample parking out front. I will be honest I was a little intimidated coming here but was welcomed by Kitt whom helped me taste test the options and to educate me on which ones I should consider.
For $ 8 a bottle it was well worth it knowing I would have easily picked up starbucks coffee with a breakfast sandwich instead which would have been the same price. Also without the mid afternoon crash. Hopefully this juice will inspire me to make better food choices today!
