Swan Cleaners

Consistently high quality dry cleaning. I went down the road to a competitor just for a coupon and ended up with half of my clothes being destroyed and stained. I’ll never leave swan cleaners again!

I wish I would have read prior reviews. I took shirts in for same day service –on a Friday (advertised everywhere on web and in store) she absolutely refused. When I asked for next day she insisted I couldn’t pick up until Monday after 5pm. Went back to pick up today (Tuesday) and the store smelled like cigarettes. I’m almost positive the woman working was smoking out the drive through. Will never go here again.

Unbelievably bad service. I will not be taking my clothes back to this place.
For starters, they advertise same day service if you have your clothes to them by 12PM. I took 8 shirts and 8 pairs if pants to them at 11AM on Monday. I was told they could only have some of the items back to me that day, the rest would be ready on Wednesday after 5PM. I agreed to that and left my clothes with the manager, Jean. I returned on Monday evening and picked up the items that were ready and was assured the rest (6 white dress shirts) would he ready after 5PM on Wednesday.
I arrived back at Swan on Wednesday after 5 and was given 2 shirts. I was told that «the system says the shirts are on the truck so they should be here.» Unfortunately, the remaining 4 shirts were not there. I insisted that I needed the shirts that day and could not return yet a third time to get them another day. The lady in the shop that day wanted nothing to do with the problem caused by someone in her company. She didn’t want to hear about because «it’s not my fault.» I told her I understood the mistake was probably not her fault, but someone was going to need to provide some explanation for where my clothes were and when I would have them back. She was unable to do that and raised her voice at me when I insisted that she provide me answers.
To make a much too long story a little shorter, I eventually convinced the lady to her manager on the phone. The manager assured me I would not have to pay for the remaining shirts. While a nice gesture, it wasn’t the money I was concerned with. I would have gladly paid for the shirts had they been available when I needed them.
I will be going back today and I sincerely hope my shirts are ready to be picked up.
You would expect a dry cleaner who is routinely entrusted with many thousands of dollars of dress clothing by each individual who comes in there would take care to ensure they provide the service they promise. The service I received at this shop was beyond terrible. I will never go back and entrust another stitch of clothing to them. I will also ensure every person I know hears about this experience so that they don’t risk their clothing or waste their time.
