No customer service.
Came in to cancel membership and was given no other options, like freezing the account. She said «well I already canceled it» before I even signed anything.
Great job. Could have made more money.

I just moved to the area and was visiting this salon for the first time and the ladies were so helpful and friendly! It was very clean and the prices are very reasonable!

I stopped in twice here while in town visiting family. They do have many packages, but I just did single visits because I didn’t know when/​if I’d be back.
The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. I used the lowest level beds because I’m fair skinned and didn’t want to pay a lot. It was $ 5/​session. They are 20 minute beds with face tanners and fans at the foot but no radio!
They have eye wear you can use and lots of lotion samples and bottles for sale. If you live in the area it’s worth signing up for their email because they have sales and specials often.
I was a bit thrown by a sign over each trash can inside the tanning room. It said not to use the trash can as a toilet! AHHHH do people seriously do that! That really grossed me out.
The sign even says they check the trash after each visit and will not allow you back if you’re too lazy to walk down the hall and use the toilet like a decent human. This really grossed me out, but this isn’t the salon’s fault really more the gross people who tan there and aren’t civil enough to use a toilet.
