It’s a typical chain coffee shop. Sadly I wish they could say there were even average, but our hash browns were lukewarm at best, and that’s below standard, even for a chain.

As a whole I like Tim Hortons, this location is not good though and it comes down to the poor service. Generally the wait is longer than needed and unless I’m ordering only 1 donut my order is always wrong. Simply put, fire everyone working here and start over with new staff as its just made up of disgruntled old women and kids who just don’t care.

Runs out of everything. Especially donuts in the morning — what coffee shop runs out of donuts in the morning? Haha Coffee always tastes watered down and burnt. On top of all that, the customer service is downright laughable. The staff is always annoyed, like they hate their job. You would think living in a high class area, they would be a little more high class themselves. Nope. I live across the street and will willingly drive 5 miles out of my way to another location.

As usual, the Unilocal rating is spot on. New to the area and this was a first visit to Tim Hortons. They were out of the advertised special; a fajita wrap, also out of kettle chips, the coffee machine was broken so no latte, cappuccino, etc. Still really wanting to try the place out, I order a soup and sandwich combo. The staff was incredibly annoyed that I asked what came with the combo. She waves her hands and told me to read the menu. I gave up told her to have a nice day, left and went to Panera. Can’t comment on the actual food…

Really enjoy this TH especially morning shift! Staff and customer service are great. Never had any issues with food always fresh and tasty. Afternoon shift sometimes little slow but staff is nice. Like the location and It is very convenient for me to grab a coffee after dropping kid of at day care and on the way to work. This TH is much better than the one on Hamilton Rd in all aspects coffee, food, staff and speed.

If I could could give less than one star I would. On multiple occasions I have received half full drinks. Order a large coffee or latte and open the lid to find the cup half full. I can understand leaving some room for sugar and cream but half a cup? I will go out of my way to avoid this Tim Hortons.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I will NEVER return to this Tim Hortons again! When my husband and I moved to New Albany nearly 8 years ago, we got soup and sandwiches here at least 3 nights a week. As time went on, this location began to run out of everything. I would go through the drive through at 7:00 pm and be told they were out of soup and bread for sandwiches. Really!!! I called the corporate office and was given the phone number of the regional manager. I spoke with her at least twice a few years ago and was promised that it would be addressed. She even asked me to ask for the shift manager’s name the next time I was told they were out of something as she suspected some items were there but just not prepped to be served. I delivered her that name the next time it happened. It has never gotten better! I don’t know how they stay in business. Don’t even waste your time pulling into the parking lot!

If you go through the drive thru, this place isn’t too bad. Obviously, Tim Hortons isn’t meant to be a 5-star establishment and I think a few of the other reviews are a bit harsh… but everyone has different experiences. Perhaps it’s because it shares space with Wendy’s…I dunno. Bad mojo. I did stop at Wendy’s for a bite and then mosied over to Tim Hortons to look at their donut selection. It was pretty scarce. It is what it is… if you know of a better TH location… go there. I like to stop her to get coffee and/or a donut sometimes if I’m headed to Newark. But I will say, I’ve been to MUCH nicer Tim Hortons locations, bigger, more to choose from, etc.

Stuck to dirty table. As they say, time enough to lean, time enough to clean. Counter person asked me if I wanted a plate or bag and I said plate so of course he put them in a bag. Bathrooms dirty as well. Avoid unless your shots are up to date.

Rude, rude, rude. I have been in practically every Tim Horton’s on the east side, and this one is the very worst. The employee who«helped» me treated me like dirt. All I did was ask for a donut and he gave me a look like I’d killed his dog. He said nothing to me, until he told me the amount, then started to close the door without giving me my change. I asked for it, and again, he acted totally disgusted that he had to deal with anyone interrupting his conversation with a coworker and handed me my change without a word. Then walked away. I will never be back. I can buy better donuts at the Krogers across the street, and they don’t act like jerks.

I agree that this is the WORST Tim Horton’s around. I love their chili and the last FOUR times I have went there I have been told that they were out! If it were just once or twice, it wouldn’t be a big deal. However, four times in a row?! Bad management!

This is the worst Tim Horton’s in the Franklin county. I’ve written multiple complaints to Tim Horton’s HQ, but nothing changes. They’re always out of everything(doughnuts, muffins, chili), service is horrible, and they always screw an order up. I sacrifice the use of a drive through to walk into Starbucks down the street.
