I have visited this location a few times and always have been happy with the service. The baristas here are always nice. The drive-thru is an added bonus.

I love Starbucks Tea. My favorite drink to get is the passion fruit tea mixed with lemonade.

Not with the time. Staff ok, buy would much rather wait in line at Big B coffee just down the street and have my name spelled correctly on my coffee other than someone trying to rush through to screw up another order not realizing I’m wearing a name tag with my name on it. And even when you let them know they screwed up your order, your then obligated to pay for a new drink for their mistake.

I had a free coffee on my card/phone so I decided to go through the drive thru. The drive thru service is slower than most. I got to the window and handed the barista my phone and told her I had a free one so she could scan but she rudely shut the window on me and didn’t hear what I had to say. Then she told me my remaining balance and I said I wanted to use my free one. Because she didn’t bother listening to what I had to say the first time, she had to grab her manager to void the first transaction. She then proceeded to say«next time tell me you want to use your free one.» Poor costumer service and rude employees. I will travel to a different Starbucks to get my coffee next time.

Something about the way my blackeye coffee comes out here is different than every other Starbucks I’ve been too. Maybe I just got them on a bad day.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Don’t come here if you don’t have time to sit and wait. I have waited 10 minutes+ every time I come here. It is ridiculous. All I order is a hot chocolate or iced tea, so it’s not that complicated.

Service is fine. Very small. Room for 4 parking spots incl handicap. Brisk drive thru business though.

I just love Starbucks. What can I say, I’m a coffee snob, proud of it! Place is pricey for sure, but worth it…

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! I’ve never been a fan of drive thrus but this one is quick and effective! Staff is always wonderful and happy to help. I’ve been here a handful of times over the last week or so and I’ve never had a problem. My drinks and food have always been made fresh and just the way I like them. Parking here is a nightmare so I suggest parking at Lowes if you really need to go inside. If not, the drive thru is quick and hassle free! Always makes you feel good when you’re greeted with a smile by a friendly employee.

Starbucks has been my guilty pleasure as of late. I’m always in the mood for a iced hazelnut macchiato or a java chip frapp. The only issue I have is this particular Starbucks. For starters, this Starbucks is designed poorly. The parking lot fits maybe 4 ‘cars’ And by ‘cars’ I mean smart cars. If you drive anything larger than one I advise you to park next door or in the Lowes parking lot because you’ll be trying to back out for a good ten minutes between drive thru traffic and the tiny as can be parking spots. Inside is very small. If you’re claustrophobic like me forget this place. There is no room to breathe and relax while enjoying music or a good book. Between all the noise from workers, machines and other noise it’s hard to concentrate or even think! The service I had on my last visit was absurd. At all other Starbucks locations I’ve been to I’ve been greeted by a bubbly worker who seems like they enjoy their jobs. Not this one. I feel as though I am a bother when I walk inside to order my coffee opposed to taking the easy way out and opting for the drive thru. I have several allergies and have to have nonfat milk. The workers always seem like it’s an issue to get nonfat milk instead of whole milk. Lately there has been 6 workers on drive thru, on a slow time and MAYBE one work on inside counter. Very slow service. If you want fast friendly service, visit the Starbucks inside Target across the street. At least you won’t be disappointed and I bet you will even be able to find a good parking spot too!

The drive thru is never packed when I have gone here :) LOVETHAT! They make my coffee PERFECT every time!!! Located right by Lowes so makes it a great stop before to hit lowes to shop. Girls are friendly. Just a note if you park to go in, there are not many parking spots.

I normally try to go to this Starbucks when I am on my way from Port Huron to metro Detroit. It’s easy to get on and off the exit, and the drive-thru is a bonus. The staff is always very friendly and the line is WAY shorter than the Starbucks on Hall Road(M-59). Stop by here you won’t be disappointed.

Craig’s review is pretty spot on but, I like this location for what it is. a Starbucks pit stop. My wife and I call the New Baltimore exit the stop of the Gods because it has everything a car traveler could need. Plenty of places to gas up, a Taco Bell and a Starbucks with a drive-thru. The location is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the bathroom is way better then anything else within a 5mi radius.

At the 23 Mile road exit of I-94, this sliver of a Starbucks was designed as a drive-thru. The parking lot has room for 5 cars. There are 2 tables, 4 chairs and a window bar seating another 5. I stopped by looking for a place to kill an hour and read in peace. Problem is that the ambient noise was highly amplified by the design of the interior. Everything was loud, the ventilation system, the bean grinder, the blender. All things that I never notice at other coffee shops seemed loud here. I had my head phones on and my iPod volume on full and I could still hear the coffee brewing… No wonder all of the workers were wearing headsets, even those not working the window. If your looking for a quick pit stop, this place will do. If your looking for a place to read or study, then chose somewhere else.
