Ginza is AMAZING! I have been here so many times. The place is spotless, and the food is delicious. The sushi is something on its own. The chefs at the sushi bar take it as a craft and are very dedicated which I very much appreciate. Also they are so creative! I’ve had the most beautiful designs and presentations on my plate. I wish I had the pictures. I even had lights on my plate! It was beautiful. That’s why I love Ginza, they truly care and always seek quality. HIGLY RECOMMEND!

This is the only Japanese sushi restruant in New Bern. My husband and i always order the ginger dressing salad, miso soup, and sushi. They have great sushi overall and we are usual customers. We grew up eating sushi and this place is comparable to New York. The fish is fresh and they are cut thickly. As for their udon. I’m not a fan. But come and try sushi at this place. It’s got good rating for a reason. I recommend the Lover boat for 2 or sushi for 2 if you’re craving it. They give you a good amount. My husband and i had to take ours to go since we were full before we got to finish. They have offers and deals on their website including military discount to all those who are serving. Don’t know for veterans but worth a try. :)

Friendly staff. Fresh sushi. Love their lunch specials with soup and fried rice. Good portion sizes. Tempura crispy but still light. I had red bean ice cream at the end — so yummy. My friend and I missed the restaurant a few times. It’s located in the strip mall; drive slowly so that you can park in the lot shared by other stores.

My boyfriend and I love to eat Japanese food, but as we’re both college students we have to be careful on prices. This place provides good food for an affordable price.
The miso soup and sushi are amazing, as well as the green tea and the ramune (a type of Japanese soda). The service is always friendly, and there isn’t a terrible wait for the food. Also, they are happy to serve you and help in any way they can.
A great place for a small group of friends, a fun date, or even a treat yourself meal!

My girlfriend took me here for my birthday dinner. I had the chicken soba stir fry with miso soup and an avocado roll. Everything was super fresh and so tasty that just recalling it for this review is making me want to get in my car now and grab a quick bite of delicious take-​out. The staff was super knowledgable and helpful, guiding me in my meal selection and customizing it to my exact specifications. You can tell the chef did not cook from rote memorization but from inspiration. Having gone back and ordered the same dish several times over, I have not had the same experience twice. This place is a must visit.
